Gabrielle is great
Gabrielle helped me understand everything about the process and what to look for. She explained the details of the ring, sizing, different diamonds and then showed me through some suggestions. Ok - but not wow
The lady who helped me in the Leeds store was great, however I found the selection of princess-cut eternity rings to be quite limited, which surprised me as it feels like a fairly common request. The only suitable option wasn’t stocked in-store for me to try on. I was encouraged to purchase it on the basis that I could exchange it if I didn’t like it, but we weren’t comfortable spending thousands on something without being able to try it on first—especially as there were no other comparable alternatives I liked.
We were also left waiting for quite a while in the doorway before our appointment, along with several other couples, which made the experience feel a bit disorganised. It would really benefit from having someone dedicated to reception to manage arrivals and admin.

Nicky was amazing!
Nicky was amazing! Me and my partner turned up one Sunday with no appointment booked and no idea of what type of engagement ring she wanted. Nicky was very accommodating and made us feel very comfortable, after getting us a drink she ran through everything there was to know about engagement rings/ diamonds and helped my partner find a ring that she loved. Nicky emailed all the information to me straight away and now I am just waiting for the ring to be made.

Incredible Service
Just bought our engagement ring today! Not only is the proposal going to be an incredible memory to remember, but choosing and buying the ring together will be too.
Fergus was amazing at helping talk us through everything, explaining what all the terms mean and the differences between them (this is the first time we’ve ever bought a ring haha). I asked to look at a few different ones and he was more than accommodating. He made me and my partner feel super at ease and not pressured into anything, even giving us a couple minutes to ourselves to think about what we want to do in private. Couldn’t be more happier with the service.
Very excited to see it when it comes and thanks again Fergus for being the best help we could ask for :)

A fantastic wedding ring shopping experience!
My fiance and I had been looking at jewellers for our wedding rings, and called into Austen & Blake as we really liked the look of the quality. We went in and it was full, so we began to regret not booking an appointment in advance, however we're seen by Charlotte who managed to fit us in, and we are so glad she did!
Charlotte made the whole experience an absolute joy, being led by our thoughts on what we wanted and helping us through choosing different styles and fittings. Never once did we feel rushed on under any pressure to buy. She was very clear with her knowledge and talked us through different metals, durability and what linked to our wants. During our wedding planning we're very much led by the experience as well as the product, and being delighted with both we found the perfect rings for us. Charlotte brought us some celebratory fizz and kindly cleaned my engagement ring whilst we were there - the sparkle returned was the icing on the cake!
We can't wait to return to collect our rings, and hopefully we will see Charlotte again.
Highly recommend the store (and Charlotte in particular!), we had a fantastic experience, thank you!
