A bunch of scammers! Don’t bother! Terrible quality products. When I tried to return the items (at my own cost) for a refund the package bounced back to me. The customer support team promised to look into the matter. Not expecting to hear back.

Scammers, don’t waste your time wish I looked up reviews before I purchased. They aren’t Aus based they are over seas and shoes turn up looking nothing like the pictures. Expensive for what you get. Please do not waste your time. Purchased 2 pairs of shoes; one pair was sent out and the other wasn’t even tho they advertise it’s in stock eventually turned up they did. Comes from china.

If I could give zero stars I would, ordered a coat and got a low quality rag sent to me- paid $90 for something that is worth about $2. They also do not send from Australia despite the false advertising it comes straight out of china

Very cheap quality. Sizing not even right fit. They smell like plastic. Tried to return with respon that I should pay for return shipping. I did that, took ages and the parcels are returned to sender. Wondering if the return address even legit.

I ordered a bag accidentally on the 16th of March which I cancelled 5 minutes later . They did not reply to me for 12 hours later and then told me they have a 24 hour cancellation policy as well. When I wrote back to this person they refused to answer me back I have dealt with some bad companies in the past but Aura Straya takes this to another level They trick you into thinking they are Australian when in fact they are in China . They think they can brush me aside and ignore me and steal my money no sorry I’m not letting this go they ripped off the wrong person I will do whatever it takes to get my money back !!!

I sent the product back to China but I am still waiting for my refund but they keep giving me excuses so I have reported this company to the ACCC and they are investigating into the Company so I am waiting to hear back so I hope this help with who ever purchase from this company

like others if I could give this a minus rating I would - they are very deceitful and provide the same comments when you reach out to them, Australia Post were no help either when I paid for Extras Cover to ensure delivery only to be informed that I need to pay another fee at the Boarder??? which was never mentioned when sending by Australia Post or the Company. I have wasted time and money on items that were so below average you'd want to throw them, but I stupidly fell for the send it back to get a refund line.....DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!!!

Fake poor quality cheap smelly nasty plastic shoes arrived 6+ weeks after purchasing in plastic bags - marketed as orthopedic - clearly scamming rip offs.
I am reporting this company to every possible agency & government organization I can! We have rights as consumers to receive products that are as advertised.
I stupidly spent almost $400 thinking I was getting a bargain on orthopedic shoes from Melbourne... only to be scammed with a fake Chinese company selling rip-offs telling me I need to pay for postage back! Not happening!!!
I will not be letting this go!

Obviously robot generated emails.....I requested an exchange on a shirt I bought....could not even get the buttons done up in a XL....they emailed me and said it would be $20 to return....they kept sending me the same email requesting the same information.....in the end I gave up ! Have not heard from them since after I said I was disgusted in their customer service.

DO NOT BUY. I bought “Australian made orthopaedic sandals” from Aura Straya. The sandals fell apart as soon as I wore them. Cheap nasty poorly made imported trash products. It’s their policy to make you pay to return faulty items.

Do not buy from this company, they sent the incorrect dresses and will not give a refund unless I pay to return them overseas, they are not Australian based.

1. I had to chase my order because after four weeks it still hadn’t arrived. After i emailed it took about four days. I suspect they possibly ordered the goods until I queried.
2. I ordered a top and two pairs Leather Orthotic Sandals, not leather, not orthotic, quality was well below description and my expectation. I honestly wouldn’t have paid $5 for either pair let alone the $59 I did pay.
3. The top was average quality, just poorly sized (I did use their sizing reference). So I emailed sayjng the shoes & top didn’t fit and I would like a refund. They said you have to send it back and then they’ll check it. It was going to cost approximately $30 to do this and I was already out $180 from this purchase. then they said I could have a 70% store credit and would send a code.
The code was for 70% off not store credit , I queried this and they have stopped replying since then.

I have decided to try to find out how to shut them down.

The product definitely does not match the description and photos. Poor quality, and delivery took weeks.
Very disappointing experience, don't make the same mistake I did!

I recently purchased a summer dress and sandals from Aura Straya, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The quality of the products exceeded my expectations – the dress was beautifully made and fit perfectly, and the sandals were both stylish and comfortable.

The customer service team was also incredibly responsive and friendly when I had a question about sizing. It’s rare to find such a reliable store these days, and I’ll definitely be shopping here again. Highly recommend!

I ordered 2 bags from this company & I spent $120.00 all up . When I tell you you get what you pay for .. I got LESS . The bags are clearly vinal & inside is like a paper underwear material & all the fittings on it are so cheap .. I’m sure I could have done better & cheaper at Temu I also had to wait 4 weeks for them . When they arrived I had already insisted that I want a refund & under no circumstances would they . I had to pay shipping cost back to China . PEOPLE BE WARNED !!

I never usually fall for scams but I with aura straya I did! After waiting a month for my order to arrive, two pairs of dodgy, cheap, nasty plastic shoes arrived squashed in a plastic bag from China. Terrible quality, sizing too small and nothing orthopaedic about them! Hard as rocks, uncomfortable, zero arch support. Do not fall for their marketing! Scam!!

Quality is terrible and items are not as advertised. I bought a pair of sandals which arrived in a completely different size to international standards and are probably worth $5 vs the $50 that I paid. Staff have been helpful and responsive so far which is the only good thing. Definitely a scam website.
