Not what was advertised, description advised the shoe was orthotic approved with Leather thick staps, rubber base for bottom of the shoe and only a PU sole, what arrived was a poorly cut molded plastic straps, plastic base with no grip and no cushioning at all. The molding is so bad they can't be worn without the risk of it cutting my feet. Do not buy from this chinese company posing as an Australian company!! Its a scam and the product is so poorly made.

STAY AWAY!!!!! Item was not as described. I ordered shoes that were not soft and supple and were damaged in transient!! I was offered a 20 percent refund and invited to keep shoes. I repeatedly asked for a refund and they deny. I have lodged a complaint with Fair Trading. The offer a refund but do not grant.

I wish there was 0 here - this company does not deserve that one star. The shoes they supplied were the wrong size and very cheap in quality. Very disappointing experience.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from Aura Straya. I ordered a genuine leather bag that was on sale for $74.95 reduced from $190. I was a bit suspicious because of the price but they describe several time that it is high quality real and genuine leather that I thought it must be the case. What a fool I am! It’s cheap PU leather that’s thin and looks very fake! I’m going to report them for false advertising.

Absolutely terrible. Do not buy from this store. The shoes are plastic and they look like they are both left feet. No proper shape and terrible fit - not that I’d ever wear them. Described as “hand crafted leather” - what a joke. They offered 10% refund. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS STORE. HAD TO CLICK ON A STAR TO WRITE A REPORT. SHOULD RATE AS -5 Stars

Zero stars. Do not buy, it is cheap quality, I could probably buy the same thing off Temu for a fraction of the price. They are refusing to give me a refund

Wish I could rate them 0 stars! The shoes I ordered arrived, were nowhere near the correct size (&are of a much inferior quality than advertised). I contacted them to organise refund, and they began the conversation promising they were happy to resolve. This quickly devolved into offering only 10% of purchase price refund, and to keep the shoes that DO NOT FIT, to offering 50% credit for a different pair of shoes. What an absolute rort. Do not purchase from this company - they aren't Australian and it is an absolute scam.

Purchased black vegan sandal- arrived within 2 weeks,true to size on fit...biggest disappointment is single strap is not braided...just leather.this one of the features that made me want to purchase.please be clear on the product you are sending to customers.this is false advertising.
I do have these in the tan which I purchased 12 mths ago- 2.5 mths to arrive but were same as the pic.

Please do not buy from this company, product was not what was advertised, material was cheap and nasty and poorly made , tryed to send back but address seems to be bogus address in china

If I could give a zero rating, I would. I paid $79.95 for a dress. When it arrived I was bitterly disappointed. The material was thin and cheap and came in the same packaging as something from Temu. I was led to believe that this was an Australian site. Only to realise it wasn't when my package tracking stated it was coming from China. I paid through paypal and put in a dispute with all the evidence and was refused my claim. Paypal stated that the dress mostly fitted the description. So disappointed.

Overall great experience, Bought a couple of pairs of shoes and one of them was not fitting my size and they facilitate quick and easy replacement for the right size
and customer care Is very friendly and cheers for that

I recently bought a pair of orthopaedic sneakers from this store, but I wish I had read the reviews before making the purchase. Unfortunately, they are not Australian-based and took over three weeks to deliver. To make matters worse, they are not even orthopaedic – they’re just everyday fashion sneakers that are very lightweight, no cushioning, thin and not worth the $60 that I paid. I’ll definitely be throwing these in the bin!

They are selling Temu slop at much higher prices.

I’ve provided a star but they definitely don’t deserve any!!!This is the most dishonest, dodgy company I’ve ever purchased from! I, too thought they were an Australian company because of their fake name- but please don’t fall for this scam! I spent around $215 on bad quality, badly sized so- called Mohair/ alpaca jumpers that were meant to be of size large- but wouldn’t fit a tiny child!!!I sent them back, closely adhering to instructions provided and paid $67 Aus dollars on express post. Just wanted my money back!!! According to the customer service person, Claire- who may be an AI character for all I know!!! The package never arrived back at the warehouse in China. So, I am told I cannot receive a refund until they receive it! Australia Post tells me the parcel was rejected at the company’s warehouse - and after many weeks apparently has returned to Australia. They are scammers!!! Please don’t fall for their Western looking models and smooth looking website!!! They locked their reviews at the time of purchase so I couldn’t read how bad they were.

I purchased two "orthopaedic" shoes and when they arrived, I opened the package and they smelled like feces. I looked into them and there was absolutely no orthopaedic support at all. I wrote back and included photo and asked for a full refund. I was then "offered" a discount on a future purchase instead, then when I didn't want that they tried a (pathetic) partial refund and a discount on a future purchase which I also rejected. This back and forth went on to the point that I had to be really rude and determined about getting a full refund. Their policy is for customers to pay the postage back, even if the item isn't as advertised. So I went through the return postage routine and after a lot more back and forth, still no refund. I have finally received the original parcel back as it was never collect from the courier by Aura Straya. I have then sent photos of the returned parcel with all the postage tracking, stickers, and return reasons and now they are stating that it is the couriers fault and if I want a refund I have to post it back again!! It cost $45 to post it in the first place. This company has ZERO morals. They are refusing to refund any money and I am left over $200 out of pocket. I have learnt my lesson to never use this company and I only hope that you don't purchase from them as their business is in providing sub quality items that are falsely advertised, with absolutely no care if they are in the wrong. I am so disgusted by their ethics. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Ordered Orthopaedic boots, they arrived anything but! Really disappointed with the poor quality, not worth the money. They turned out small and tight, although I ordered one size up. The clothes were also not the best quality. I feel let down spending so much money for stuff that is worth probably $50 if not less. I would be cautious ordering from them. Me personally, never again from this site.

With a name like Aura Straya I thought I was ordering within Australia but proved wrong when I received tracking info from China. Took nearly 2 weeks to arrive and were packed in bubble wrap (no box)and cheap plastic satchel. Having paid $80 for the shoes I was a little surprised. They are very lightweight and show no signs of being the promised orthopaedic shoe they were advertised as. I have tried them on and they seem ok but am yet to wear them for a day at work so hoping they will at least be comfortable to wear.

Purchased a $85.00 leather handbag when it arrived it was a cheap & nasty bag which looked nothing like the bag I purchased. It definitely wasn't leather more like vinyl. Looked like a Temu or Shein purchase !!!
Was going to cost $40 to send back, was given 2 return addresses both completely different names, addresses etc etc. It has gone in the BIN.Disgusting that they can rip people of like it. Please look elsewhere for purchases.

I wish I read the reviews! Do not buy from this company these are cheap Chinese rubbish! I paid $80 for orthopaedic sneakers that you can buy for $16 on Temu.
