I ordered a pair of orthopedic sandals designed to keep the big toe in line to help strengthen the bunion. these cost AU$54.99. They arrived, they are very cheap rubber foam sole with black material as the top of the sandal. In fact they are a very cheap flip flop. There is nothing orthopedic about them and they are very sloppy on the feet with no secure restraint. They have refused to refund my money and have the sandals back. We are wasting time with them offering me a 10% refund and keep the sandals. Then it became a 20% refund and keep the sandals. I have refused that offer and confirmed that I want my money back. They now say I have to send them by secure postage to an address in China. The senders' address on the package is in NSW Aust.

This company is a scam and should be shut down. They lied and said they didn't have my product. Then offered me 20% of my money back when I asked for my money back they kept replying with AI responses. I took it to PayPal and they magically found 1 pair of shoes then says they sent both. 1 pair of shoes was delivered and they were HORRIBLE they look nothing like the item I ordered and looked like they were made from foam felt and cardboard and they smelt so bad. I am still attempting to get my money back. BUT PLEASE DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I ordered a $100 dress based on description and photos in the website and received a poorly made, ill-fitting, cheap and nasty looking version of what I was expecting. No receipt, tags or any packaging to identify the company and it arrived in a ziplock bag.
Attempts to obtain a refund were met with offers of store credits from what I assume were automated responses.
Steer clear of this company!

Absolute scam. I ordered a pair of shoes, now they say they don’t have stock of the ‘dresses’ I ordered and have offered me 10% refund. Thieves, as simple as that.

Unfortunately I also did not read the reviews prior to purchasing and stupidly thought it was an Australian company. They offered me 30% refund and I keep the goods which did not fit. I then paid an additional 30 to return the items only for them to refuse delivery at the other end and sent back to me. Now I'm out 150. Please do not buy from this company

I purchased so-called orthotic shoes from them in early August, which were not even worth donating as they were lucky to be $2.00 pair. I have put a post up in early August about this company as they are a complete scam and don’t expect your money back as you won’t get it. Can anyone tell me if they received money back from PayPal as l put in a dispute about them and they rejected it and yesterday which l am not happy about as they said they supplied the shoes, l sent pictures originally into PayPal to show them the quality of them and their so call bargaining they were offering after l complained about the shoes and sent all the information to PayPal and was pretty unhappy with their outcome yesterday. I was wondering has anyone else has gone through this as l want to take this further as l don’t want these scammers to get away with this any further. If there’s any advice from anyone it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Wilma.

What a crock this firm is. Yes I fell for it. They couldn't supply item asked me to pick something else. Refund offer 25% then 50% . Luckily I went through PayPal who refunded without comment. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE.

Terrible quality, total rip off, avoid at all costs!!!

Ordered size 7 slip on shoes - they sent shoes that were 30mm shorter than my current running shoes. No way I can slip them on without cutting off circulation. They had a tag inside that says '40' whatever that is but it isn't a size 7. As for quality my slippers weigh more than these. Will see if they take a return but seeing other reviews I won't hold my breath. Was already angry with supplier as I got 8 spam emails within a day of placing order which I attribute to them on selling info. They responded with we’d like to offer you a one-time replacement for just $14.95 to cover the shipping cost, classic extortion for more money.

We need to push to have this site and ones like it taken down. These are open to the public, scammers, openly taking our money and not giving us what we paid for. Shut these people down.

SCAM do not waste money posting item back the return address does not exist. They will continue saying parcel has not arrived

The sizing is extremely small and not true to size, when trying to obtain a refund it seems impossible to do so.
They kept offering me a replace however I already had the biggest size, so there was no way they could have replaced the dress.

Their site is lovely and it deceived me! I bought "Lyric" shoes - supposedly normally $160 and down to $79.95. These are cheap and nasty shoes that I could buy for around $10 in a discount store. False and misleading advertising. I thought they had made a mistake when they described the fabric of the shoe as "Upper: Breathable mesh fabric" - it's not. There's no mesh. It's solid, but it's definitely not leather. I think it's plastic. I won't even be trying these on - they can go straight to an op shop though I doubt anyone will purchase them. There is nothing "orthopedic" about these shoes - which is how they are advertised, and which was one of the main reasons I purchased. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF. In addition, you think they're Australian because of the name or at least have local stock. Nope. It took about 3 weeks to receive my goods (nothing "good" about them) and I got shipping notifications from overseas. Honestly, buy from a discount store in a Mall and you will get way better quality. Like another reviewer, I would give zero stars if I could. I WISH I had checked reviews first, but was fooled by their slick looking site.

This company is a scam. Extremely poor quality. And to get refund, they say 30%refund, not full. Or you have to pay shopping to China with tracking. Do not buy from this company.

Extremely poor quality product. I think they are purchasing from Temu or SHEIN and reselling at an inflated price. I demanded a refund under Australian Consumer Law. They don’t care. They won’t pay. This company needs to be listed as a scam and blacklisted by PayPal and Australia Post. Don’t buy anything from this site.

Would give zero stars if I could. The scarf received was so thin and not cashmere as described. They would not respond to my request to return the item. Don’t buy from them. They are a scam company that implies are in Australia but are in China.

These are the worst, poorly made sandals I have ever seen. Misleading website, from China, not orthotic in any way, cheap and nasty, save your money. DO NOT BUY, BUYER BEWARE. They are shockers.

Worst place to deal with stay away ! Product not the same as the picture. Cheap China crap. When asking for a refund the just keep offering you credit or 10% refund. When you post the item back for a full refund they never collect the parcel and then refuse to refund you.
