I sent one email with a request and it was answered within 24 hours and my ask was completely satisfied without question. Greatest customer service I've ever experienced.

I had a general question about their delivery service with their customer service and they answered my inquiry very fast and efficiently.

An order was placed without my remembering that on the first order I had signed up for a subscription. Since I had the product for only a week to ten days, my question was, How could I possibly need more product without knowing it was going to work for me??....I notified the company, and also PayPal Credit to dispute the order. In less than 24 hours, I received clarification from the company, and a notice from PayPal that a refund had been already issued. I could not wish for better customer service. Now, I am hoping that the product lives up to its hype and works for me.

I had to cancel a subscription, sent an email and within 24 hours they had cancelled the subscription, refunded the money and sent me an email to explain what they had done, I was amazed it didn’t take that long, outstanding customer service that you don’t get anymore.
