A very thorough examination and hearing test, followed by applicable adjustment and maintenance of the hearing aids in a well equipped consulting room. The Audiologist explained clearly and professionally what was being undertaken.

I would like the company to recognise what excellent customer service Lorran provides when you speak to her over the phone and face to face. The Lady is so helpful and is always polite, friendly and professional . It is a pleasure to call the office. Thank you.

The treatment room is entirely impractical for its purpose. It is small and very cramped. It is near a main road so ambient traffic noise levels tend to hinder concentration. There are no onsite parking facilities. The waiting room is in a very narrow corridor and there are only two seats. I had a trainee attend to me who was very pleasant but not what I expected. My treatment had to be aborted due to a build of of residue in my ears Ii understand this but very disappointing all the same. My clinic was at Saffron Walden which is not on the drop down menu

Pooja Gupta competed a hearing test on my Mother on 17th April 2024. She was cery polite, patient & caring when dealing with my Elderly Mother. She showed a professional attitude & able to make my Mother feel at ease at all times

I was quickly made to feel at ease. The test itself was comprehensive and thorough. I was shown the results
of the tests as they appeared on the screen and I left the practice feeling that I had been well looked after. I will have no qualms in going back there.

Reception made me feel welcome and the testing was very thorough and explanations given plus advice. Stephanie spoke clearly and listened to my concerns and acted on them.

The audiologist made me feel confident by her manner, ability to articulate the problems within my ears and consequences that can arise with or without treatment.
I look forward to further advice and treatment.

The care and patience with which the Audiologist analyzed and reset my personal hearing aids which enable me now to hear so much better.

I took the jump from NHS hearing aids to private with Hidden Hearing. At first i wasn't sure what to expect, but Stephanie explained everything and reassured me with all the information I needed. After wearing the hearing aids for a couple of days, i needed a few adjustments as i work outside in lots of noise. Stephanie listened to me and made necassary adjustments. Now my quality of life and confidence at work has improved. The aftercare is BRILLIANT, better than anything i have experienced before. I can get very stressed if i am not hearing well, but I know i will always be looked after by Stephanie. Thank you.

I was recently seen by Pooja and she carried out an outstanding appointment. I have had my hearing aids for 2 years but have never worn them as I found them very uncomfortable and too loud. Pooja carried out a comprehensive appointment. She not only listened to my needs but took time to solve the problems and made everything comfortable for me. I would recommend her as an Audiologist to anyone.
