Visited kingstanding branch with my father who is the grand age of 98 years young, we met Pooja Gupta, who was very nice, procedure was explained to us, my father felt very at ease, the experience was excellent.

From the time you step through the door, you are greeted with a warm smile. Nothing is to much trouble. Everyone is so professional. My hearing has improved greatly, thanks to Hidden Hearing

My visit was 100% as usual. On time, phone call reminder to me and 2 text messages. Friendly staff, excellent audiologist.

I found the staff to be friendly , and as I had trouble finding a parking space , understanding . As I arrived somewhat breathless . This appointment was for wax removal by micro-suction , which was carried out efficiently and painlessly , with every step being explained clearly .

The audiologist is a really lovely lady, and so good with my mum. She explained everything as she went along, and gave mum several prompts to bring up any concerns or problems. We have used Hidden Hearing for some years now, and have never had any problems. They are a very caring and professional company.

Pooja Gupta from the Wolverhampton office came to see my mom at home for a hearing test and also did mine too. Pooja was very friendly and professional. She dealt with mom very well and patiently, as she had dementia.
The advice she gave was excellent and easy to understand.
