The games should be tested before being shipped.
I ordered Hunter The Reckoning: Wayward, the case has a fair bit of damage and the disc doesn't work, it loads up as if it is going to but then it's just stuck on a black screen. I also ordered Speed Freaks and it works except it seems to be glitchy, it keeps randomly pausing. All of the other games are fine, they work. The other games being: NFS Hot Pursuit 2, NFS Most Wanted Black Edition, NFS Carbon Collector's Edition, Crash 'N' Burn and Digimon Rumble Arena 2. These games should be tested thorougly to see if they work or not.

Received 25% of item. Terrible after service.

Basically incomplete product (can't test because no camera, no power supply). Service terrible (outsourced response who didn't even read my message).

Delivery time was fine and cheap product was good but there was some cosmetic damage which I didn't mind as much but it did exist.

Lens arrived damaged
I ordered online and the lens arrived and had a massive deep scratch on the back glass which wasn’t listed in the ad. No condition was listed at all actually. Even when I returned it to store the team said it should never have been sold. Disappointed, and would hesitate to purchase online from CEX again

Had a great run at CeX picking up TV series box sets!
Huge selection and way cheaper than buying new. Found complete seasons I’ve been after for ages, all in excellent condition and clearly graded.
Staff were quick, helpful, and let me check the discs before buying which was a nice touch.
Walked out with a big stack for under what 2 new sets would cost. Everything plays perfectly at home.
Definitely my go-to now for building the collection without breaking the bank.

Great people, product not up to expectation
Service was great and friendly in store. Bought an iPhone 14 and unfortunately it needs a new battery, so haven't been able to use it since purchase. Live in rural NSW so it's not easy to just pop in to get the battery replaced.
