They had the only product that suited our requirements. When contacted I received prompt replies and the product arrived in a timely manner, well packed with update notifications. We are very happy.

Found exactly what I needed and although shipped from overseas the updates were frequent and the item was delivered on time.The sheets are top quality and even better no plastic wrapping , delivered in a box with tissue paper over them and a thank you sticker.

These glass blown pitchers are absolutely stunning & their size is amazing. Postage took a little while but well worth the wait. If you’re looking for a pitcher that has thick glass, holds 2 litres very nicely is dish washer safe & looks amazing, these pitchers are for you.

I purchase a Crockpot Classic Slow Cooker for $152.51 from a website that appeared Australian based. The item took 20 days to arrive. Unfortunately the plug cannot be used in Australia. The plug is for use in USA.
I have successfully been in contact with HomeLoft. They have offered a full refund which I have accepted.
At the time of writing, I have not received my refund yet.

SCAM !!! purchased juicer from this site .
Had repeated delays in delivered and when I did finally received my order the Juicer plug is not compatible with Australia. I have tried repeatedly to contact them with no return call!!

If I could minus star rating I would .

UPDATE 12/6/2026 - Paid over $250 dollars to send Juicer back ... only to have my refund delayed even further . Now I'm fighting to get freight reimbursed.

The phone was always answered when I called and the delivery was on time and the product excellent quality

HomeLoft Australia is a bizarre on-line seller. After CHECKING TRUST PILOT, they were positively reviewed. NOTHING COULD BE FURTHER FROM MY EXPERIENCE. I ordered an expensive Hans Holbein print from the site. We had a courteous exchange while they updated me on size advice etc until after weeks, they emailed that they had no stock of that item. Tired of the spin, I requested a full refund within 7 days. The next email made no reference to my last and continued to request an update from me. They are stonewalling or it is AI gone rogue. I'm moving to legal action and Consumer Watchdog agencies.

I purchased the TORRAS COOLiFY Neck Fan - Rechargeable. Your website is super easy to use, the product came perfectly packaged.

We ordered and paid for 2 salt mills to match the 2 pepper mills we had bought in Australia. As we were desperate to get 2 matching mills we paid the exorbitant cost of Four hundred and forty dollars for the 2 stainless steel salt mills. After a couple of weeks one of the ordered mills arrived and then 2 weeks later another parcel arrived with a salt mill of a different brand and different size. Have emailed twice requesting this be rectified Wirth absolutely no response from the company.

Customer service is fantastic with this company, which is very rare these days. Even though the item I ordered was not available anymore they were so helpful, courteous and pro active in responding to my emails. My money was refunded in full… great experience!

I’ve been looking for a beautiful cutlery for so long and I just can’t find it in the shops so I just put it in ChatGPT and your place came up and they’re beautiful teaspoons. Absolutely gorgeous. Thank you. The only thing I could say is you could’ve wrapped them a little bit nicer.

Updated Review – Refund Received

I originally left this review after experiencing significant difficulty resolving an issue with a faulty fan I purchased from this company. The product was defective straight out of the box — when first turned on it made a loud popping noise, emitted a burning smell, and then stopped working.

At the time, my interactions with customer support were frustrating, as the responses felt scripted and did not initially address the issue I raised. I had requested a refund multiple times but was informed a replacement had been sent instead.

However, after posting my review and continuing communication with the company, they confirmed that my refund was processed on 13 March and provided documentation of the transaction.

While I still believe the initial handling of the situation could have been smoother, I appreciate that the matter has now been resolved and the refund has been issued.

I have updated this review to reflect the outcome.

Product was as advertised, notifications given of progress, tracking worked.

Terrible experience! I ordered over a week ago and my item has still not been dispatched. It’s hard to get hold of anyone too! Won’t be ordering from here again!

Do NOT buy from this company! My mum purchased what was supposed to be a present and was told it was not available and was offered a refund. She went on to purchase an alternative from another shop. Then with no communication the item she originally ordered was delivered and now they have come back saying they can only offer a partial refund and are being very difficult to deal with - not helping at all. Just replying constantly with scripted emails. She is now out of pocket. Nightmare! They are not an Australian company - they're from the US.
