I'm very happy with my Aspire Green Solar System. Third year from install and still working well. One issue due to random optimiser failure resolved by engineer visit and replacement. Our 6.6kW system has east, south and west configuration. It produces 500kWh per month in summer. Battery storage can be topped up at reduced night rate on Octopus Energy. A plus during winter months.

Great experience with Aspire Green. I had a 3.8 kWh solar and battery system installed by them and I’m genuinely impressed with the whole process. Out of six installers I spoke with, they provided the best quote without compromising on quality.

What really stood out was their support — even after installation, they stayed available to help with questions about my devices. Every time I reached out, I got a response within minutes. Super efficient, professional, and reassuring from start to finish. Highly recommended if you’re considering solar!

Everything went to plan. Panels were installed very soon after placing our order. The MSC was with me the same day and the other cert. (DNO) was ordered by them the same day. Only problem I have is with my supplier getting me on board to receive the Smart Export payment, which is nothing Aspire can help me with. So, Aspire is 10 out of 10 from us. I'd recommend the company , most helpful award to ...... Anne in the office as she was always on hand to reply to my emails the same day. If she didn't have the answer she pointed me in the right direction.

Supply two new batteries and replace old inverter. Scott arrived on time and did excellent work finding various faults from the previous installation. This he rectified and completed a thorough overall of the system. Being OAPs he took time to explain the system. Well done Scott

Superb service from the outset. This was a panel removal job. My request was processed quickly and I was able to deal with Ali throughout so he was familiar with the case. He kept us up to date with timings and other details, and also arranged the work quickly for us. The team were tidy and professional vand did a great job too all round. Thank you.

Shoutout to Mudassar and the team of electrical engineers who did a superb job. Got the flush slimline solar panels in a few months back but only had them commissioned last week due to building work… can’t wait to see the benefits!!

I had my solar panels and battery installed about two weeks ago and my bill is almost £100 less this month.
Aspire team did great job overall and within the timescales agreed.
Particularly would like to point out great service from Waseem, who looked after project from first discussion until everything was installed.
Also, installers were brilliant. Did very tidy job. Also, I have some awkward design of the house where the cable was supposed to go through from the roof through the first floor to the ground floor cupboard, but guys found the way to hide the cable and it is not visible at all.
So, had good experience with the company and just hope the system will work reliably in the future as it did these two weeks. Thanks!

I’ve had a great experience with Aspire Green - they installed my solar panels quickly and effectively- the only outstanding item are to register my install with MCS and provide my pack which I’m still waiting for - it’s been more than 10 days - will advise further here. And the reason for the 4 stars

Only company to quote Solar Panels that were flexible enough to provide what I actually wanted rather than what they had originally quoted. That got them the job.
The work itself was carried out as agreed and there were no problems during install or since. Well done.

I was firstly helped by Waseem who was very keen to provide the right solution for me (much more than other installers I contacted, my reason for choosing Aspire Green). Waseem even answered questions at bed time - best salesman I have seen !. The office staff were also very helpful and the installers were brilliant - they were concerned where the cabling and kit went, producing a layout in the garage and cable runs into / out of the house that are a work of art. After installation support has been good too. As a help to prospective solar system buyers, don't forget that (i) Battery useful day to day capacity is actually around 75% of the stated capacity (20% operational minimum, 95% maximum). (ii) Battery import/export rates are severly limited when their temperature drops below 15 DegC, and is zero below 0 DegC - so keep them in a warm place !. (iii) The inverter should be rated for the full solar panel generation power at least. If you are looking at grid import / export like Octopus Flux, then make sure the inverter/battery capacity/inverter battery charge & discharge rate suits your needs. (iv) Don't forget batteries will be mostly flat in the winter, unless you wish to set up to use Octopus Flux etc tariffs.

Great company and customer service .. panels were put in quickly and efficiently.. everything was left tidy and the whole process was well organised and troublefree .. have since gone on to recommend three more customers and all are 100% happy thankyou

I have just signed up for the fitting of 12 panels with a battery and bird proofing. The representative's, prompt, personal visit was most useful and his presentation informative. No pressure and a very good meeting. The proposed lead time to fitting, very good. I am now looking forward to the installation crew coming.

Aspire Green installed our solar panels on time, expertly done and at a reasonable cost. Unlike the previous company we were dealing with, Aspire Green have always been responsive and kept us up-to-date with developments.
