Our solar panels were fitted by this company 7 years ago. When they recently stopped working, they sent a man out, who said we needed a whole new system but not to worry it was covered under warranty. On their advice we paid £900 for scaffolding, we were then told it wasn't covered under warranty, and we would have to pay over £7000 for a new system. When presented with the warranty they blocked our phone numbers and ignored emails. We got a different company who informed us that it hadn't been fitted correctly, nothing was screwed down and the rodent netting had been screwed directly into the side of the panels. Their words were " I'm amazed you haven't had a fire". They are putting right the original shoddy workmanship for £500

We found Matt extremely knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the process and happy to spend time answering questions. This continued when James and Vince arrived to upgrade our system. A telephone call to confirm their imminent arrival and professionalism undertaking the work. Once we agreed the best position for the battery they kindly moved heavy items in and out and cleaned up after working on the roof. All three a credit to the company.

The installation went well and professionally, however I waited two weeks after paying the deposit before I rang them for an installation day, the full payment however was taken the next morning,
I was also promised that the panels would be cleaned, which they haven't and someone to come back to help with sorting out a tariff change in keeping with my new equipment and online connection.

After a number of years of companies ceasing trading there was initial scepticism when considering the Company for a maintenance agreement. However, every aspect of dealing with them from initial enquiry to the service check and maintenance work being carried out was excellent. This includes the peace of mind that the Agreement is transferable to a new property owner if required and if within the Agreement period. The owner contacted me after the first service check by the Company which provides additional comfort that they care about their customer base. I would recommend them.

Job completed mostly albeit a bit late. The clamp wire was not updated.

The pure professionalism of the electrician & workmate. They arrived at 1900 & left at 2045. They fitted the equipment checked the fuse boxes & chemically cleaned the rooftop solar panels cleaning up any mess before leaving. I have full confidence in their workmanship.

Good service, but looking around after I thought it was over priced. But with a good guarantee I hope it will be worth it.

They guys fitting the battery were very professional. James had to come back out but no fault of the company. Then Steve came and sorted the electric company for us and he had the patience of a saint. Would recommend this company for any solar needs.

Very friendly people who give a personal service, right from the management down to the people who work for them. They do a very efficient and quick service. make a good job of cleaning up after themselves and leave no mess.

Everyone was very friendly and just got on with the job in hand.

James and his team worked wonders fitting the PV panels to the roof, only taking one day to finish the job . The whole team were courteous and friendly and took great pains to clean the house and garden even though it was late in the day when they had finished the job. We were very pleased with the results.

The engineers arrived exactly on time which was greatly appreciated. They found one minor installation fault which had never been caught before and fixed it. Maintenance and cleaning was carried out, paperwork completed and they finished in record time. They were lovely and chatty as well!

Fitted additional batteries to solar pannals had a faulty 13amp socket on landing not supply etc guys came back to upgrade wiring to batteries installed hence fault thankfully cured now many thanks guys

Always helpful and agreed to a payment plan impressed

Ben and James were polite and professional at all times. They answered our queries regarding the products and both ensured that we could use the app before leaving.

The engineer who came earlier this week - Ben - was 5 star, and also two of the senior office staff - Claire and Louis - the same. However the two visits for the diagnosis of the problem some weeks earlier by a different member of staff were certainly below par with conflicting information given and an incorrect diagnosis. Also I experienced the attitude of a third senior staff member as unpleasant and somewhat intimidating to say the least.

Always good to deal with, prompt in answering questions and efficient in all the work they do.
