Great service from start to finish and a quality product

From start to finish, we had an amazing experience with Ashley Ann in installing a fully replaced bathroom. First off, in the design process, Scott couldn't have been more helpful and knowledgeable about the range of options, while taking careful account of our ideas and wishes. Living in a tenement flat means not being entirely sure of what the possibilities might be (and what might be uncovered), for which Scott provided expert advice, while being faithful to the overall look we were seeking. This balance between desired and realistic outcomes was further supported by Marshall's very careful initial assessment of the design vis-a-vis the constraints of creating a new bathroom in a building over 120 yrs old. The care taken at both of these stages was exemplary and it was continued through the installation process, expertly executed by Craig, Marshall and Chris. The minor problems that arose (due to the fabric of the building) were discussed fully with us and skilfully handled. The result is a bathroom that we could't be happier with, with high quality materials, fantastic craftsmanship, all of which will stand the test of time. Very professional. The fitters were outstanding- timely, friendly and very tidy!

Our initial contact with their staff was excellent. The designer asked about how we used our existing kitchen and along with us, produced a design for the new one which suited our lifestyle. The communication from start to finish was clear and accurate. The agreed timescale for delivery was adhered to. As we live on an island, remote from the showroom, they went out of their way to arrange the delivery from factory to our house.
The quality of the kitchen was so good that the installer commented that he had not seen one as good as this before.
Would defiantly recommend this company.

The whole experience with Ashley Ann in their Glasgow showroom from start to finish was excellent. Scott the designer did a great job of working with us to understand what we wanted to do and to help us keep within our budget. The designs he put together were perfect and really showed that he'd understood what we were trying to do.

Throughout the whole process, communication with Scott and the rest of the organisation was excellent - quick and clear and Scott always made sure we fully understood what was going on.

The actual installation process went ahead exactly as planned, the installers were a pleasure to have in our home and they made sure at every step of the way we understood what was going on and were consulted on all decisions that had to be made.

After care has also been excellent. We held off on writing this review for a month or so until after the install was complete to allow for any snagging, but the install has been so good there haven't been any snags we had to deal with.

We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ashley Ann in general and Scott in particular. Should we need to do more work on a kitchen in future we won't hesitate to go back to them and ask them to work with us again.

From start to finish, I had full confidence that my kitchen would live up to my expectations and I was not disappointed.

Christine, who designed my kitchen and managed the project, did an excellent job - she was always available by phone, email and site visits to ensure everything ran smoothly and, when my oven was accidentally damaged prior to delivery, had no hesitation in securing a top of the range replacement to be delivered within a few days.

Tommy and Billy, the fitters, arrived on time every day, worked extremely hard and kept me informed regularly about the installation schedule. They tidied up each day and even brought their own coffee machine.

Units and appliances arrived on the expected day so installation was not delayed.

I would highly recommend Christine and her team at Ashley Ann, Glasgow to provide a quality kitchen and am delighted with my new kitchen.

Allyson and her team at Leek were very helpful and did a professional job of planning our new kitchen. She listened to all our requirements and we now have an excellent quality kitchen which we are extremely happy with. Units and appliances arrived on time and Shaun and his team did an excellent job of fitting and work was completed in allocated three weeks. We have no hesitation in highly recommending Ashley Ann for your new kitchen.

Beth from the Edinburgh office was straightforward and took the time to produce a thoughtful design for our new kitchen.

The quality of the installed units, the plumbing, electrics & tiling are all excellent.

There were more minor issues than you expect from a premium company. The installation took 7 weeks rather than the stated 3 weeks. There was almost no communication from the Ashley Ann fitters during this extended period. Some snagging not adequately addressed. Post-installation photoshoot (optional) made a mess, etc.

Poor customer service and it felt like they treated people differently. The final product did not match the original design. There were delivery delays and missing or broken parts. The poorly fitting door was explained away by the fact that it was just our imagination. The "specialist" who came to check it was rude in our own home. They were unable to fix the fault and only agreed to check again after a formal complaint procedure. It turned out to be their fault (wrong door hinges) and they finally fixed it and apologised, but the whole experience was awful. Would not recommend this store. Compared to what we received from Hammonds previously, the difference is like heaven and earth.

Several years ago I had a double wardrobe installed in my main bedroom by Ashley Ann and I was delighted by the quality of the units and the professionalism of the company. When I needed a second double wardrobe and bookcase for the back room I didn't think twice about going back to the Perth team. All were so friendly and helpful and
John, the installer, did an amazing job and cleared up beautifully after the work was completed.

Scot from the Glasgow branch of Ashley Ann has been extremely helpful from start to finish on our order. So much so we used the Glasgow branch over our local one in Stirling. Attention to detail and communication with our fitters was fantastic not to mention how happy we are with our new kitchen. Very happy customers and would highly recommend.

Allyson was very good in both the design phase of the kitchen and helping us to resolve any issues during the kitchen being fitted.

The quality of the kitchen was excellent I would definitely recommend Ashley Ann, a great product and service.

Maria at Ashley Ann was very helpful and very patient as the design of my kitchen changed several times for various reasons including cost, hidden problems with my old kitchen, and my stubbornness over giving up my long-desired American-style fridge-freezer due to space limitations. However I was really pleased with the final design and, post installation, it looks stunning.

Many thanks too to Sara and her team at 168 Interiors who did the fitting. Again very patient with me over the changing design - even coming out with Maria on a Sunday in order to finalise it. Brilliant job.

Perhaps a bit more time could have been spent with me on things like additional cupboard fittings as, post installation, one or two cupboards could do with some form of pull-out storage - as an inexperienced kitchen buyer these were some of the things I hadn't thought of and maybe needed a bit more guidance. However I can revisit those in a year or two as I need to buy a new hob and oven - two of the items I'd omitted in order to keep costs down - and I will certainly be going back to Ashley Ann for help with that.

We chose Ashley Ann because our existing kitchen had been fitted by you so we wanted the new units to match. We had very helpful advice from Beth Blair regarding the new matching units and about how they would fit in. Now that everything has been installed we are delighted with the outcome. The original design by Cala was for it to be a dining kitchen but we wanted a working kitchen with a breakfast bar and that is now what we have.

The level of guidance and care shown to meet customer needs exceptional.

Sophie at AA was lovely to deal with. Knowledgeable, efficient and good at communicating. The kitchen units are excellent quality and the appliances are exactly what we wanted.
The only flaw is with the delivery company they use - I would recommend triple checking the timings but other than that, go to Ashley Ann!

Having had Ashley Ann install all the kitchens in our Cala home/estate 9 years ago, they’be subsequently done additional work over the years including a kitchen upgrade, fitted bedroom wardrobes & just recently, a media wall. Jill knocks it out the park each time with her designs, tweaking along the way (multiple times!) to get the end result to the budget each time. Workmen on site are always spot on and know what they’re doing.

Maria from the Edinburgh office designed our kitchen. She was incredibly helpful and lovely throughout the entire process, and everything was taken care of swiftly.

We decided to go with Ashley Ann after meeting and receiving quotes from multiple kitchen suppliers. Ashley Ann were the most pleasant to meet with, and did not use aggressive sales tactics to try and get us to commit. They have very reasonable prices for much higher quality materials and workmanship.

On our first visit to Ashley Ann in Aberdeen Joanne promised to give us a kitchen we would love.

She listened to what we wanted and presented her design. We made some changes with appliances along the way and she redesigned to accommodate this and was on hand to help with all aspects of our kitchen.
Our fitter, Harry and his team were great, very professional and never forgot that they were working in someone’s home. We had a small issue with our worktops and Joanne and Harry got the company to come back and fix the problem very quickly.
Great quality kitchen and manufactured in Scotland which also helped us make our decision to have an Ashley Ann kitchen.

Going back to the beginning, Joanne delivered on her promise, we absolutely love our kitchen and would recommend Ashley Ann to anyone.
