Our experience with Ashley Ann kitchens in Inverness was just the best.
Everyone we spoke to were so lovely and helpful.
The person we were dealing with was Brodie, he is such an amazing young man and could not do enough for us. Nothing was ever a bother for him.
We are delighted with the quality of our new kitchen, we would highly recommend Ashley Anne kitchens Inverness.

From the minute we walked into the showroom and were introduced to Jill, we have been delighted with the quality of service and product. Communication throughout was first class, the advice and suggestions were well thought through and spot on the the installation team suggested by Ashley Ann were brilliant.

Ashley Ann proved the perfect partner for our kitchen redesign.
Our designer Scott impressed us with his advice and creative solutions to maximising the amount of storage space and work top area. His addition of a peninsula workstation to the plan solved a long-standing issue with the kitchen.
Installation was straightforward and of a very high standard, the fitters solving any issues that arose quickly and without fuss.
The units and worktops are of very high quality, and the overall finish was to a very high standard.
We can't recommend Ashley Ann highly enough for anyone considering a large scale redesign of their kitchen.

What a great team Ashley Ann at North Berwick are to work with. The whole process from the initial meeting with Sophie to discuss my ensuite design, to the designing of it and the installation was dealt with in a friendly, professional. Excellent communication throughout. Colin Law's installation team were a pleasure to have working in my house. Their attention to detail is second to none, nothing was a bother. Highly Recommend. Was recommended ashley ann by a family friend and I am so glad we did. Gavin went above and beyond to design and provide our dream kitchen. We gave him our budget and he kept it within that and nothing was ever too much. We had some minor issues with appliances and they were fixed instantly no hassles. If you are wanting a high quality kitchen I would definitely recommend Ashley Ann.

After a period of over thirty years we finally decided it was time to replace our old pine kitchen. Visits to a range of kitchen suppliers over several months followed and we eventually decided on Ashley Ann. We were impressed not only by the high quality of workmanship and the wide range of units, worktops and appliances on display, but also the help and guidance offered by staff. We particularly thank Peyton for her professional advice in design and planning, and John for expertly and carefully installing the units and providing additional advice. We are absolutely delighted with our new kitchen and would highly recommend Ashley Ann.

We have recently had an Ashley Ann kitchen fitted which we are absolutely delighted with! We were recommended Ashley Ann by our architect and when we visited the Stirling showroom we were impressed with the quality of their products. We also liked that Ashley Ann is a family run, Scotland based company with much of the manufacturing undertaken in Wick. Carrie Ann’s design was brilliant and she gave very attentive customer service. The fitters Jonny (and his team) were fantastic to work with, and showed great attention to detail. Would highly recommend Ashley Ann if you are looking to get a new kitchen!

Excellent service from Maria in the Sighthill Showroom. Pawel did most of the work removing and installing our new kitchen and we could not fault him. Thank you. Sara also from 168 was around if we needed her. Really pleased with our new kitchen.

I am so glad I used Ashley Ann to renovate my bathroom as from design through to completion of the works I felt supported and listened to and everyone involved went the extra mile to help create the bathroom I wanted within the budget I had available.
The quality of the tradesmen who did the fitting out of my bathroom was first class and no problem arose without a solution being found to solve it. A big thanks to Craig, Gavin, Marshall and everyone else involved. Would thoroughly recommend Ashley Ann to friends and family.

We are extremely happy with the whole experience, having had both the bathroom redesigned as a shower room and a new en-suite.
Maria, the Senior Interior Designer in Edinburgh was excellent in every respect, designing both shower room (a very awkward shape) and the en-suite. She was a pleasure to work with, listened to us and designed two stunning spaces for us. The installation by Keith and his team was excellent, nothing was too much trouble, meeting all our needs. Would have no hesitation in recommending Maria, Keith and his team.

Great design and delivery of a lovely kitchen. All done on time and very efficiently

Following lots of research, we decided to use Ashley Ann Glasgow to install a new kitchen. We wanted to support a family run, Scottish company who appeared to have a fairly good reputation based on online reviews.

The initial sales experience was great; their designers came up with good ideas that we didn’t get elsewhere and their products in the showroom appeared of excellent quality. However, sadly this is where the good experience ended…

After requesting payment in full weeks before starting, work began on site on the agreed date. Removal of the old kitchen was fine, but the problems started on day 2 once the new units started to arrive.

It was clear that there were some measurement issues that would lead to changes in the kitchen design and also doors, panels and kick boards arrived chipped or damaged. Our so called “perfectionist” installer decided to fit them and say nothing. When we raised this with Glasgow office, they suggested that they would just paint over the chips and scratches so that “you wouldn’t notice”. Unsurprisingly, this wasn’t the case and you could clearly see the paint strokes on the units.

After reluctantly agreeing that the above wasn’t acceptable, Ashley Ann ordered new parts for us; however, many of these arrived damaged a second time and even a third time leading to significant delays in the works. Other problems we experienced included flooding from a poorly installed washing machine, no heating or hot water, rubbish left in back garden for several weeks and issues with the electrics. The poor quality of workmanship, product and service was totally unacceptable.

At every stage in the process, communication was terrible. We constantly had to chase for answers rather than being kept up to date with developments. Ashely Ann made us feel we were being unreasonable and in an inconvenience for wanting our kitchen to be finished. We were even told at one stage that our job was “not a priority” due to other projects that had just started!

It reached a point where we decided to make a formal complaint and were initially told to direct this the Glasgow office rather than head office in Wick. However, following no response, we sent the complaints to their Directors in Wick and, to this day, have yet to receive an acknowledgment, let alone a response.

Our job was initially estimated at 3 weeks but actually took 7 months. The works were completed approximately 5 months ago and as yet we are still to receive a formal apology or response to our initial complaint.

We would strongly recommend avoiding this company and felt that others should be aware of this experience as we used reviews to make our decision. Sadly, Ashley Ann Glasgow were a very bad choice.

We recently became proud owners of an Ashley Ann kitchen after several extremely helpful consultations with Maria (Edinburgh). As people who enjoy cooking, Maria took all of our wishes on board, designing a stunning kitchen that ties in elegantly with the space available and existing features of our house, yet retains a comfortable practicality. She worked seamlessly with Sara of 168 Interiors who oversaw the entirety of installation of the kitchen for us and likewise was extremely accommodating of our every need and detail, relieving us of much of the usual stress associated with renovation. Fantastic teamwork from Ashley Ann and 168 Interiors, who jointly provided five-star service and made us very happy owners of our new kitchen!

We have been very impressed with our kitchen from start to finish Maria really listened to our ideas and what we wanted and didn’t want and designed our perfect kitchen. We couldn’t have asked for any more from Maria she is an absolute star. Keith Dunn was our fitter and Keith and his team have done an amazing job at fitting kitchen. The whole team have such a can do attitude - nothing too much trouble and give great advice along the way.

We recently bought an ex-display kitchen from Ashley Anne Edinburgh. We were given a first class service by the Senior Designer Maria. She made sure that the kitchen fits our space and beautifully designed the layout of kitchen with the available materials. She also organised everything including storage, fitting etc and made sure all the extra bits that we needed when the kitchen was installed, arrived on time. The installation was carried out by 168 interiors and they did an excellent and neat job. We do consider ourselves as being difficult customers with -maybe too much!- attention to details but both Maria and 168 Interiors team made sure that all our needs are met and delivered an immaculate project! We love our new kitchen!

We are extremely happy with our new kitchen from Ashley Ann, Stirling. Our designer Carrie-Ann was a delight to work with, her expertise and knowledge is second to none and she was more than happy to answer any of our numerous questions. The overall style, colour and design is perfect. Attention to detail and quality of the kitchen furniture is excellent. Thank you very much.
