Bought a pair of Ash ace sandal from Shopbop, shocked by the trash quality, the strap of the sandal was broken in my first day of wearing in 3 hours. Took it to repair, but during the following days the studs on the straps of the sandal began to fell off.
For a pair of sandal that costs more 200USD this is unacceptable, the company should be shut down and stop cheating on customers.

Totally agree with the previous critical reviews. My baseball styled boots sole had holes in it within three months of purchase. Even for fashion shoes and general wear and tear this is a record and I’ve never had baseball boots go so quickly. As many have commented you would expect better materials for the price, the rubber used is clearly cheap as well as being super thin underneath.

I purchased a pair of boots for almost £200 after just two wears the boots blistered on the heel. Ash Footwear eventually took the boots back to inspect and after much following up on my part decided that as far as they were concerned the damage was not a manufacturing defect ... it took seven weeks to get this response and they finished by saying they would not be able to comment further in the matter .... shocking customer service a large amount of money to pay for an inferior product.

I hardly ever leave reviews but this company has me flipping.

I bought a pair of their shoes from a retailer, Farfetch. The pair had crystals and studs on and within 2 months of wear, most of them were out already. The shoes were in an almost non-wearable condition and to think that I have spent US$200 on this pair that hasn't even lasted me 3 months, yet alone an year.

I brought the pair to my local ASH store and was told "Sure, we'll fix it." I receive an email about 2 days later to pick the shoes up cuz they aren't gonna fix the shoes. Reason?? Because even thou the shoes were clearly from that brand, they weren't bought from their store. Was also told they don't even have a repair service!! How do you even call yourself a shoe store and make multiple studded sandals without a repair service?!?!

Now after 2 months of buying the shoes, I don't know what to do of the shoes with most of the studs missing and all. Thanks, Ash. Won't be buying from you ever again.

Problems occured with money return.
I have sent the sneakers back, as the size didn't fit properly. No wear, original package.
I see that it was handeled to the seller at UK address on 27-11-2018.
But soon it will be two months I dont get my money back.

I recently bought a pair of the Ash Cosmo Ankle boots in leopard print. After two wears the front of the shoe is completely worn through....so I contacted their customer services with pictures of the shoe and they basically just said it's a wear and tear issue and to take them to the cobblers! I can honestly say i've never had a pair of shoes do this before... and having spent £180 on them i'm absolutely shocked - how can a pair of boots suffer wear and tear after only being worn twice! I've had Ash shoes in the past but I will never shop with them again.
Please do not waste your money on these boots - they are completely faulty in their manufacture and you will just end up disappointed. I really feel very let down by this experience and if I can just save one other person from wasting their money with these cowboys it will be worth having written this review.

As the manufacturer I contacted them about their Venus boots that make my feet bleed so much a cannot wear them. They're not fit for purpose. Ash however won't do anything about this, their customer service is polite but completely useless they seem to have been taught to simply deflect everything. I used to love their footwear and have worn it for years.

ridiculous, worst customer service! don't buy from them. They never answer the calls... Bought boots (full price, not on sale). They came defective. I returned it and got a confirmation that they received it over TWO weeks ago. Still can't get a refund. No one is answering my calls and emails.

Poor customer service and quality not what it used to be

I have been an Ash customer for several years and loved their footwear but I bought a pair of trainers at over £135 and within 6 weeks of wearing them a couple of times a week (walking to the local park) the colour on the leather is peeling off, both the logos on the heels have come away and the toe area is coming away on one side. Ash are not interested in fixing them and told me to take them to a cobbler.

My shoes are hhhhhere. Love them. what fantastic service ASH - will buy again

Beautiful and very stylish store on Marylebone High Street.The shoes are very trendy and also super comfortable. The Ash trainers and bike boots are my favourite items from their collection! I wore these all day and my feet didn't hurt at all. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Beware when buying a product from Ash footwear.

Firstly if you buy something in a sale and you want to give it back and get your money back, Forget it. They do not offer refunds.

Naturally you'd expect the staff to give you a credit note like every other retailer but they force and pressure you to exchange your product for something else in their store. You cannot even get a voucher to use later on in store or online if you choose to.

In the store they do not have the entire selection of shoes as some sizes are not in stock or some are not even available in store ( Not everything is in stock in the store).
You are forced and pressured to buy something then and there.
When I asked why they do not offer gift vouchers that you can later use online they explained that online and in store Ash are two separate entities.

My advice to anyone wishing to purchase from Ash, if you really want to buy then do so online. You have more rights as an online customer and more selection available.
Always check the small print on their exchanges and refunds as well.

This is ridiculous customer experience it is 2018! Get with the times Ash shame on you.

Love love love them!! Gorgeous distressed black ankle boots, good size heel, comfortable with zip on the outside with a little silver scull, rock and roll!!!:ended up buying them in a different colour. I already own 2 pairs of ash ankle boots. Highly recommend!!!:😆

Wrong size bought, emailed twice to ask how to return and heard nothing in over 2 weeks.

However have received 2-3 email newsletters from them each week.

Not happy.

As ever great service, fantastic boots

I have bought several ASH shoes this year and love them all. I constantly have people comment on them and ask where i bought them. I first discovered them in London and have since ordered several styles from their website. They are super comfortable, stylish and easy to match up with everything.

Excellent shoes (I had seen them in Rome and couldn't find them in Edinburgh, so decided to buy online), quick delivery service with 1hr slot, so you don't have to wait all day at home. Only downside (for that I gave 3 stars instead of 5): you have to pay yourself to return an item: I would include the return service for free as many other big companies.

Terrific product, service, communication and packaging

I love the shoes, but the shipping was the slowest I have ever experienced. It took over a week from UK to Denmark. That is in my opinion not acceptable. I shop a lot online and from many different international pages, also UK-based pages and have never experienced so slow shipping. Would recommend Ash to change courier.
