This company makes it difficult to return items (no online process, no labels, you have to pay for the return) combined with a short -14 day- return window. Despite the fact they are still selling the shoes I bought (for a greater price) they won't refund me.

The shoes themselves arrived in a scuffed box with holes in, and they aren't great quality. Save your money and your time and buy from someone else.

Ordered Air Cushion Slip On Orthopaedic Diabetic Walking shoes some time ago, not received. I have emailed them and sent a PM. I looks like I am now blocked from both as company not showing. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, they Don't reply and appear not to send out order. So now I'm down by £22.98

If you want a pair of ASH shoes DONT BUY THEM FROM ASH. If you need to return them for any reason they are a joke. Apart from not being free returns, they have No online return process or return labels. You have to email for an auth code - no reply, telephone - no answer. Shocking service

Appalling customer service - do NOT buy from this company! No acknowledgement of my issue in my first email, and they completely ignored my subsequent email. I ordered trainers in a bigger size soley based on Ash Footwear's advice and suggestion on their website. Upon receiving the trainers I realised this information is false - the trainers are massive. So now I will end up wasting over £12 on delivery and returning, plus the hassle of going to a post office etc, when I ordered in good faith. They do not offer free returns, apparently in any situation!
The joke is on them in the end because I was planning to order a pair of boots plus a bag, which I now won't.
I ought to be contacting trading standards as well as my credit card company, albeit another hassle for me to deal with for the sake of £12 but at least it will stop other people falling into this trap.

Totally appalling service from them. I placed an order on 13th August received confirmation and then realised goods were in China. Immediately sent em to cancel did not receive reply, sent a further email still no reply. Then this morning 18th received msg goods despatched even though requested cancellation.
Totally appalling service or lack of service would not recommend

Unfortunately had to exchange for smaller size and was no hassle parcel arrive next day fantastic

I don’t usually do reviews but I was extremely pleased with the level of customer service I received at Ash. The team were helpful and patient with helping me choose the correct size for the boots

I wanted to purchase. It was a also a speedy delivery which is a massive plus. It’s safe to say that I’ll definitely be making more ASH purchases in the future

I purchased the Lucky trainers from Ash footwear a couple of weeks ago and the quality was really good!

There was a slight delay in delivery which was COVID-related and definitely not their fault, however they were so helpful in giving me updates on where my package was. Will definitely buy from them again.

Spoke to a lovely lady and she was very nice in helping me choose which size I should order. The delivery was next day and great packaging.

They have a great range of Ash shoes and very helpful customer service team. The delivery was very fast and will order again.

Bought the same size boots as I always take, they came up completely different. The ends were all scuffed and the customer service teams just ignore you and then costs a fortune to send back awful quality goods.

I bought a pair of boots from them on the 29th of January and they arrived the next day which was a Saturday (I live in London where their store is). The design and quality is very good. One of my favourite brands

Wish I had read these reviews before purchasing from website. Bought a leather bag which was marked in a number of places but they said it was not faulty (would not have bought if seen it in the shop). Finally sent me authorisation to return which cost me a further £9 on top of the £6 delivery and nothing to show for it. Will never buy from them again!

Over the years I have bought mainly the plateformed sneakers. Never had any issues with these though I have experienced problems with other styles and customer service.

Before lockdown I bought a pair of lace up boots. Loved them but the zip broke 3 times - twice the boots were replaced. The third time the store offered to have the zip replaced. It has since closed post Covid and I cannot get any response from the customer service team having written 4 times and sent them a photo of the boot. It’s very disappointing.

Placed my 1st order online through Ash. I received the wrong merchandise for $175!! Not even in the right size. I had to chase them around begging them to send me a return label, still going back and forth begging for a return label. They offered me 10% off to keep the shoes!! HAHA are you kidding, they aren’t even my size. Once I get my money back I will never ever buy from them again. Very very frustrated. I told them I got the shoes to write a blog post about the sneakers I got and you would think they would handle this situation a little better. No not at all. They don’t care about their customers, they care about the money!! Nasty, rude, THE WORST SERVICE EVER. Not one to leave reviews, but my experience was so bad I had to. Don’t waste your time. Over priced, bad quality and horrible customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!
