Excellent service. No only is the website easy to navigate but from th point of purchase to the arrival of my goods, it was as if I had shopped locally instead of across the Atlantic. Thank you Asceno for really polishing your online experience. Alas, the item I purchased had to be returned nevertheless that process was as simple and expedient as when made my first purchase.

Saw the dress on Instagram but IRL it's different. The dress I ordered after seeing it on…
The dress I ordered after seeing it on Instagram was not nearly as long as it appeared on the model (I am 5'8" and it came just below my knee) and the silk was not of good quality. Not worth anywhere near £490 inc postage. I went about the process of returning it. Customer Services were helpful, but after they informed DHL to collect the dress and having waiting at home on three separate occasions and re-printing labels, I still have this dress I so desperately want to return. I have now contacted DHL myself to get this dress returned. I have wasted so much time on this. I wonder how long it will be before I obtain a refund?
