I’m a long time and loyal customer of Asceno, great pieces that are well made from beautiful fabric and timeless. I’m size uk 12 and wear Medium.

The pajamas are beautiful quality and customer service was extremely helpful.

Bought the 'Nisha' dress from the website which said it could be washed. It looked old and faded after just one wash so I got in touch but Asceno then said that it was actually 'dry clean only' but still wouldn't refund, despite misrepresentation on the website, which is strictly prohibited under UK consumer law. 

They currently have the dress back and also have my money, and (shockingly!) told me I should pay them a further £8.50 for them to return it to me. I am relieved I used a credit card and could apply for a refund through Section 75, but I would never shop with them again. Unclear if this company is genuinely clueless about customer service / rights or if it's just plain arrogance that they think they're above the law, but neither option is a good look for them. 

This is a great company .Beautifully made clothes using really loverly natural fabrics. I have purchased several pieces and delighted with the fit ... easy to wear and very comfortable .Generous sizing.
Will definately buy more in the future and highly recommend.

5 star service from Asceno. Exceptional service from Asceno, the on-line buying experience has got to be one of the best I have ever received. From the initial navigation of the website, garment quality, choice and price.  Placing an order to delivery was outstanding with overall communication efficient and friendly.   I was looking for a 100% silk slip dress for a reasonable price and I found it with Asceno.  I received my dress in super quick time, inside the outer box wrapping was high quality cream wrapping paper. a matching cream envelope with a personalised hand written note and the documentation. In its own cotton dust bag stamped Asceno lay my immaculate 100% silk dress, which I love. I also received an A3 sized Asceno marketing magazine within the box. Wow, what service!  I could not fault the professionalism of this company and I will be using them again. Full credit to the whole Team at Asceno, well done!

The experience starts with opening the box, it is beautifully packaged, eco box and paper and then the dust bag with your product in it. The dresses are beautifully made, the fabrics stunning.
