Poor customer service, order did not arrive in a timely manner

I am so glad that my application was rejected for the following reason. I submitted my paintings and was not accepted as a contributor. I accepted your decision, and sent a request to Andy Francis asking if he could perhaps let me know what grounds I was rejected on as it may help me in the future . Mr Francis is obviously a very busy man and couldn’t find time to be courteous and answer my request. Trevor mailman

Seamless operation - ordering online was simple with options to select frame etc. When ready for delivery we were away and they agreed to deliver on our suggested date. Delivered on time and was very well wrapped. And we love the painting!

Great artwork and excellent delivery

Purchased the artwork early December, not one single email communicating the very long process that it goes through. No updates, no tracking, no reply to any enquiry I made. I had to contact the artist direct through Facebook and lucky enough she was amazing and gave me all the tracking info. It left her studio within a couple of days me ordering but thats where it went downhill from there. It got sent to the wrong framers in the wrong state, so it went from Sunny coast to Melbourne, then it went to Sydney then it went to Tamworth. Then it finally ended up at the right shop near Byron, I tried to contact the framers with the details given to me by the artist, they were dismissive, wouldn’t give me an exact location of the artwork I honestly don’t think they had a clue where it was, then not showing up on delivery date then changing delivery dates, rude and demanding on the phone. Weeks have now gone by, I have no contact from art lovers at all. Ended up being delivered mid Jan and then weeks later I got an email from Artlovers telling me my artwork is on the way. What a shit show, worst website ever. Find the art you like and buy direct from the artist. This website is a joke.
