Never received the item , there isn’t a number to get in contact with or a customer service representative number. I would never buy from here !!!! Stay away !!!!

The company has ghosted me. I ordered three chairs that arrived banged up and were damaged due to shipping. I contacted the company about it initially being open to replacement parts but the chairs turned out to be very unsteady and not secure enough. I decided I wanted a full return because of the quality overall. They have not honored their refund policy and I have an email exchange of 23 messages over the last 4 weeks resolving nothing. I feel like I have been scammed.

The base was a little damaged. Same with both arm rests. They have a dent/scratch on them. HOWEVER, all parts were complete and chair was easy to assemble. The quality is amazing! The chair is very comfortable. I am very satisfied with how fast I received my chair. I would order again! I was hesitant on ordering online, but after assembling was complete, I was sold. Thank you!
