If you're lucky, your reading the review before purchasing! I'm very dissatisfied with this purchase! I had it since Sept 4th and I cant use the chair. 9 to 10 emails no solution. Better off buying from Amazon at least you will have sufficient help or quicker return policy!

I am still waiting for a pump bar for my chair which I bought 2 weeks ago. I'm about to return it. Your customer service is terrible. You don't want to take anything back. You have an Asian woman that wants to bargain with you to keep the stuff when you pay hundreds. And hundreds of dollars. She wants to offer you $15 $25 a bunch of crap. I've bought 3 chairs from you. Only one word this 1's coming back as well.

I received the chairs, found different chairs so I wanted to return or exchange, never opened the packages but because the return address was different than the sending address, I was responsible for paying the shipping which came out to over $750.00. They say there is a 60 day return policy but they don’t elaborate that it’s going to cost you. Buyer beware I guess.

Service was great. Shipping speed great. Product great. Instructions could be better. Suggest having holes under seat predrilled.

Very hard to get in contact with an agent …equipment is good but services is bad …I ordered a $140.. mat 1inch and got the cheaper one of 1/2 inch mat to get ahold of an agent is very frustrating…and there is no way to talk to anyone if ur order is wrong only by email…and need to wait for 24 hours…for anyone to respond…I threw my old 1/2 inch mats for a 1 inch to receive the 1/2 inch mat which I had order two, 1 inch mat before….

The items I ordered came in time. I was concerned because I was asked several times via an e-mail if the items were in good condition, but they were. For the price they were what I expected.

I purchased three automated spa chairs that stopped working in 7 months. I contacted the company and received one message then they ghosted me and will not respond to any more of my emails. All I can say is please do not waste your money on this company. You will not get any help if something goes wrong with your product. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Buy at your own risk!!
