Very happy .

This a great product unfortunately it is significantly better than the drinks cabinet we bought last year which had a rough finish (which we had to sand down) and a little warped. Somewhat disappointed that the patterns don’t match as well as we had hoped either

Somehow they mabaged to send me completely the wrong item. So I had to arrange a pick up of the incorrect item, then a re-delivery of the correct item.

Very pleased with our leather dining chairs, comfortable and well made, although the colour is slightly lighter than appears on the website. We have received many compliments from friends. Customer service was excellent always quick to respond to my queries. Would definitely recommend.

They blended extremely well with what I had in my dining room. Very good quality product and beautiful.

The chairs are beautiful however the lack of communication and how long i had to wait for them is why i have given you the rating.

Very similar to other reviews, the wait time for the chairs is long — and although you’re made aware of this upfront, two months still feels like a considerable wait.

That said, the communication from Artico is excellent, the delivery service is first‑class, and most importantly, the quality of the chairs is outstanding. They’re fantastic.

I ordered 4 Veneto leather dining chairs with a floating cantilever base and they are a beautiful quality and incredibly comfortable. Slight delay with the delivery but worth the wait.

Purchased the Integri Italian sintered stone table. Love the table.
Had issues lining up the extending leaves with the central table. Artico responded quickly to our issues and sent detailed instructions on how to resolve. Used the alan key and needed a socket set. Took about 10 mins to sort. We purchased over the internet and Artico were happy to send extra videos photos so we could check the colour to compare against showroom pictures.
Customer service has been awesome.
Would purchase again from Artico.

Excellent quality and lovely design.

This is the second time I've used this young and exciting company. Last September I purchased 5 pieces for our new extension. They look fantastic. Every person whose seen them have fallen in love with them. They are excellent solid wood, built to last, designed beautifully to dazzle and make a statement ! So when the second part of the extension was complete we couldn't contemplate using any other company. This time we purchased 2 large scorpion sideboards, 2 scorpion bedside cabinets and a matching cabinet. Absolute perfection once again !!
