Crew: Terry and Reiley. Excellent service! Called the day before delivery to ensure all details where correct and to a confirm a 2 hour window, on the morning of delivery (in the rain) they where very polite and carried item up the stairs and to the door. Would differnalty use again.

Emails and texts from Arrow to keep me updated plus a phone call from the delivery team (Gavin & Ray) an hour before. My delivery was heavy and they left it in my hallway where I had asked them to. Both polite and helpful

Order came when was suppose to crew John and Roy was friendly and helpful.

John and Roy were very helpful, I live in a first floor flat and they didn't hesitate to carry a washing machine up the stairs for me. They arrived on time and phoned me to let me know when they were close by.

Very very good drivers. Ian and Wayne were great very cheerful and happy people.

Paul and Alan the delivery men brilliant brought the stuff right into the house and so polite 👏

Emailed day before to say my delivery was on schedule. Emailed on the day with a three hour time slot followed by a phone call to say they would be with me within the hour. The delivery guys Paul and Pardep were great, unpacked my sofa and put it together for me and then took away all the rubbish. Couldn't fault the delivery at all.
