I am a top reviewer in the United States. It is my obligation to expose companies that are clearly committing fraud. I placed an order a month ago- I inquired about the “delay” simply to ask what was going on with shipping. I did this on TikTok Live. They refused to answer me and got so nervous on air. Denying acknowledgement of my order, and muting me (I will upload those screenshots). Consumers have a choice- as. Even large discount retailers can feel the hurt of acting unethically. For shame. Aroma Concepts is NOT to be trusted. I did ask for a refund and they blocked me. Unbelievable. Some may get their products fine, but it’s a gamble. I see many consumers on here being “taken”! Why risk that? The world offers other “dupes” that are MUCH better and do not give off pure alcohol smell. Oakcha for instance is absolutely amazing! I would recommend that company first and foremost. Note to Aroma -DO BETTER!

Update: I received the perfume and what a big disappointment. The high level of alcohol presence is overwhelming in a negative way. I would expect his from the Dollar Store. 9/5/2025

I had made one order buying a bottle of Fridah I believe it is called which I liked. So I try to order a candle they list on site and order gets cancelled because it can't ship apparently? I should have listed to this red flag because I ordered a sample box and found all four fragrances smelled like the other bottle I bought and each other with nothing unique and are mostly alcohol with the tiniest fragrance oil and also make you break out

I placed my 1st ever order on 4/14 for 2 items, I received my order on 4/21. I was super excited to try this company with all the positive reviews and encouragement of a person (not naming names) that also has a fragrance with this company. Boy was I disappointed when I opened the box! I was sent not one but both of the wrong items. I contacted customer service right away (with photo attached to the email) explaining they sent the wrong item(s). I received a quick response to my initial email asking me to send the photos that I had already sent but sent them again…. No response so I emailed them again asking to have The issue resolved due to one of the items being a gift for 5/6. I was again sent an email saying they sent to another department as a request to send the correct products and was told to return the 2 I received with an attached address (no return label) … I’m completely okay with returning the wrong ones but why am I the customer responsible to pay for the returned shipping when they sent the wrong products in the 1st place, not mentioning why would I return and something without some kind of confirmation that the correct products have been sent? Customer service is horrible and the way this issue is being handled is absolutely crazy to me! I understand errors are made and wrong products can be shipped but to make this error not with one item but both in my order is unacceptable! Do better Aroma Concepts

I tried to return a perfume I purchased from them because it was aweful but in order to see if I liked it I had to open it! How else do I see if it was for me! Aroma concepts would not exchange or refund me please it was opened! My suggestion to them is maybe send a little sample of their perfume so no one else has to be stuck with a perfume they don’t like ! BTW I can’t even give it away! Cotton candy musk.

Though I love their products? This company has the most horrible customer service! I reported a missing package after not getting it within a week, post office stopped tracking it, was stuck in same area for over a week! Still aroma concepts didn’t respond to my messages till days after, they keep telling to keep waiting, finally post office confirmed my package was lost! I’m trying to reach out to them for my refund it’s been nothing but a headache! So if you have an issue? Good luck! I don’t recommend them. Very poor customer service! Just give me back my money please!

Aroma Concepts has become my go to for the majority of my fragrances. They offer a variety of fragrances at exceptional prices. My orders have been delivered in a timely manner and packaged with care. Of course during the holidays, delayed shipments are to be expected but at the great prices they offer, I have no problem waiting for my purchases. They are Amazing and I am looking forward to all my future purchases!

I have ordered 4x from Aroma Concepts. The experience isn't perfect but I did receive all orders in tact and with
in a decent delivery window. The exception, of course, is when items are out of stock. One reviewer mentioned the "non deliverable address" issue, which I too had. I found out that it was really out of stock and when in inventory, I was able to have it delivered. Perhaps they need a better system for that purpose. Yes, customer service needs help as well. It took a bit to get a response. So my thought is, as Arab fragrances are getting more popular in the US, some of these companies are having their inventory depleted quickly. If we are to receive authentic fragrances, they are being shipped from the warehouse in the UAE in some cases - and it takes a while. I will order again but will keep this in mind.

March 11, 2025 Update: After many successful purchases, I received my last order in which one bottle was broken and naturally the contents of the bottle saturated the box. From the date I first emailed regarding it (1/28/25) to when I received the replacement (2/18/25) was 21 days. The majority of the delay was due to lack of/delayed response from customer service. This is my chief complaint and it is harming the reputation of the company. They have to figure out a way to better service the consumer when an issue arises. Rooting for them.

Not sure what the heck is going on at aroma concepts, but I have had several fragrances delivered! now all of a sudden they say they're not delivering to my address?? I am in the US and they are advertising. They deliver all over the USA. What in the heck?

I ordered a few times. My initial order was all okay. I made additional orders and wanted multiples of a few products. They only sent one of each. I contacted them by email. Reply was incredibly slow. I was told they would follow-up within 24hours. Seven days later I still hadn't heard anything. I escalated with Paypal because I don't trust them. Eventually they got back to me and said they would ship the missing products. No shipping tracker so far. I had placed another order while this one was en route. Most of my order arrived, but they missed one of the perfumes. Absolutely atrocious customer service and apparently they aren't able to pack an order appropriately either. I won't buy from them ever again.

ATTENTION! Je vous déconseille ce site! J'ai passé commande le 04/03/2024 et depuis 24 jours, malgré de nombreux mails de ma part, ma commande n'a toujours pas été expédiée! Ils répondent à mes mails et me disent de patienter mais ça fait 24 jours que je patiente, c'est inadmissible! :(
