I purchased items totaling $56 from your website in May. Since then, I have not received my order, and despite multiple attempts to contact your company, I have neither received the items nor a refund.
If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will file complaints with the appropriate consumer protection agencies and dispute the charge with my payment provider.
I expect either delivery of my order or a full refund without further delay.
