Absolutely terrible company
Absolutely terrible company. Total shower. Awful customer service. This company will not pay out without a receipt so if you’ve had a gift bought you, ie an expensive pair of sunglasses they will not pay out. They hang up on the phone and do not respond to emails in a timely manner. Age old saying, if it seems to good to be true….

Examples of an acceptable proof of purchase include a receipt, retail invoice, or personal bank statement showing the transaction.
