Unnecessary Delays and Repeated Questioning – Claim 76091

I honestly didn’t expect this kind of experience from an insurance company.
Claim number: 76091
Claim filed in February 2026
I lost my phone and made a genuine claim. From day one I’ve provided everything they asked for — proof of purchase, usage, SIM details, Google data, explanations, everything.
I’ve even called them 3 times to check if they needed anything else, and each time I was told no, everything is fine. But then the next day I receive another email asking for more information — often the same things again.
It feels like no one is properly reviewing the case and I keep having to repeat myself.
It’s been really frustrating and stressful. You take insurance for peace of mind, but this process has been the opposite.
I understand checks are needed, especially for expensive phones, but repeating the same questions over and over just feels like unnecessary delay.
Still waiting for a decision after full cooperation.
Not a great experience at all.
