Great Customer Service, inteface a bit hard to understand.
Ags Server hosting interface is a bit clunky and hard to understand in the begging but I'm slowly getting the hang of it.
Their customer service is awesome, so if you need any help they will answer you in a matter of minutes always very professional and willing to help. Thank you James Richards for helping me out today with my server backups and restoring the saves to a state where most of if was not lost.

Had my ARK server for a little while…
Had my ARK server for a little while now, had nothing but fantastic support and no issues with the running of my server. Anything I have asked has been responded to quickly and effectively. Would definitely recommend others to use these guys. Would give more stars if it was possible xx

I've been using AGS for a 1-2 years now. Whenever there's an issue they respond quickly and are very helpful. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a server.

I was having issues with my server and he took time to explain what was going wrong with the server and the mods, after a short time he was able to get the server fully up and running and even
offered me if i wanted help with setting up anymore mods. I highly recommend this company as it has the best support I have ever seen
