James Richards currently helped me fix my server and the man has been more then a help! Y'all have excellent customer service and excellent service. I'll tell others about these services.

I had some issues with getting any help with my ticket. But when James replied to my ticket he helped me figure out what the problem was and fixed it fast. Sorry to say he helped me more then any other Customer Server agent did. I wish there were more like James out there. Thank you again, James, hope this helps you out. :)

James Richards helped me immensely as he has always done every time I have needed support in regards to the services I have in regards to Ark: Survival Evolved. Today, again, as he usually does, James Richards went far and beyond to help me with a start error I was having with one of our game servers. James was kind, attentive, and made sure I knew step by step what I needed to do on my end so that he can further assist me and he did it with due respect and diligence. This shows his professionalism, as well as his attention to detail, especially when it comes to customer service. He is a great part of your team, and every time he handles my issues I know that they're being handled appropriately.

I have had a fair share of Ark: Survival Evolved server hosts. AGS has been absolutely fantastic with amazing support and reliable service. This is a provider that I am very thankful for everything they do. Between the constant support and reliable service, they’ve helped give me more insight on how to successfully operate my server. Speaking with their support team is less of a feeling as if you need to be professional, but rather they’re very friendly and are very open with discussing any issues on hand. They even hooked up a cluster for me.
If you’re searching for a new provider, AGS is the way to go.

even with the hiccups ive hit with the service support is always quick to help, most other services ive used would take 10+ hours to respond AGS responds within a few hours sometimes even sooner. great service, great hardware great experience, my only suggestion is i wish we could run 2 grids off 1 server for atlas but thats just my opinion.

Honestly the support team is amazing, The machines are great to run off of, the guides are pretty good but thats the only thing they would even need improvement on, and thats not really saying much because they do explain it pretty well as is

I chose AGS Hosting to be my first try at a private ARK Server for my and my family.
Setting up was easy after a bit of help and the control panel is great for someone who gets lost alot.. Very pleased with my purchase, no regrets!
AND the customer service team is the best I've ever been in contact with!
So extremely helpful and with quick replies makes you really feel like you are taken care of.
They deserve more stars than I am able to give here.. Really.

Fast setup, good control panel, fast response time on help, only thing i can say is hopefully they include more options in their server settings in the future, even if the settings dont get used very often, simply having them in there for those that do saves time and all the extra knowledge base pages, love it so far though

Excellent service from ‘James’ today. I came to you guys with a situation I could not fix myself. James stepped up to the problem, and went far and beyond to find a resolution. James did not leave me for ages between messages at all, and even went that extra mile to help me through discord. It was amazing service and quick too. Please give James the recognition they deserve!

I have dealt over and over again with crappy leaders, people that are full of themselves and people that just didn't know how to run a server. To be honest, I got very sick of it. I wanted my own experience where I didn't have to restart my progress or be trash talked to and not allowed to simply just play and enjoy the game.

So, I went shopping around. I didn't know anything at all about running a server or how much it cost. But I finally took a chance in AGS. Thier site looked nice. The price was very decent. A little bit less than a WoW sub. Through my time of being with them I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes for any of my questions or concerns to be addressed. They help me with everything I need and are so very kind about everything. I don't want to try another hosting place. I'm too happy with AGS. I truly hope they will be around for a long time. Having my own server and having great people helping me run my server has been really wonderful.

I highly recommend them if you want prompt service, good people and an easy website to navigate. I will not be looking anywhere else but to them for my game hosting needs! Thank you AGS. Please don't ever change! <3

I have dealt with many companies and services over the years and I didn't know of AGS Hosting until a few days ago but their panels looked simple enough and the pricing seemed to be the fairest for what I needed, so I took a chance...

Customer service could not have been any better in every sense of the word.

A rep answered me within five minutes on a Friday night. There was a constant stream of replies and I was assured confidently my issue would get fixed. I was guided through the steps of what they were doing and everything that was said was easy to understand.

It was one of the best experiences I have had and I want to thank Rylan for being so quick on the draw and replying very quickly and James for guiding me along through my ticket and even offering to help me through Discord.

I swapped to AGS for my Ark server after using other hosts for quite some time and so far they have been amazing. They helped me transfer all my old data & set everything up with my limited knowledge and didn't make me feel silly for asking a lot of questions. Ticket replies are very fast and it is nice knowing I can get help at any time of the day/night.
