First of all I would like to say thank you thank you for being open on a Sunday! I was given the opportunity to get my class done on time to report it to the courts!! There was another place where they could not approve my class until 24 hours later on a business day which meant I would not complete my class on time Maria R. was very helpful emailed me on Sunday immediately after I had emailed my driver lic. and ticket she stated she couldn’t open my attachments i then responded to her that I would email from another email address and if she could reply that she received it. Within minutes after I sent she replied! 😀 I do appreciate your help Maria thank you!

While the online system was easy to navigate, I found it poorly written. I am not a scholar, but the grammar and spelling errors were annoying and distracting. It took me about 1/2 the time allotted for each section. I realize that the holding time added up to the required class time to meet state standards. This again was annoying. Finally, I found that the entire course as a narrative was terribly boring. Some interactive and/or video presentations would be more engaging for students. This is surely possible with todays technology.

This is the best traffic class I have ver taken it was very informative and I learn a-lot!!!

Links to videos on YouTube should be updated. Only one video was able to be accessed/viewed due to the fact that the videos were no longer available. Timers on each slide to be proportioned to the amount of information on the slide. Some slides only one or 2 sentences and did not need 1 minute and 45 seconds to read through.

This course was presented very well and user friendly. It allowed you to work at your own pace and not worry about a time limit. Also, the fact that it saved your work after every course completion was beneficial. I would highly recommend this NiSE to all my friends.
