Although my stove is discontinued Arada had what I needed.
Web site is easy to navigate and delivery was prompt.

We have discontinued village multi stove burner so great to find a company that still stocks for us antiquated stove burners. Web site easy to use. Found what we needed for the job plus other bits and parts should we require them in the future. Packaged well with bubble wrap, boxed and fragile marked up tape to seal! Great! Delivery swift too. Thanks

Lovely looking stove but poor door handle mechanism which when the burner is hot and good fire going, but able to open door - u have to wait. Wouldn’t recommend or purchase again

I have an old Hamlet stove and needed some new firebricks and throat plate, but couldn't identify the model. I contacted (via website) Arada at the weekend for help - got the first response with a request for photos mid morning Monday, confirmation of the part No.s I needed Tuesday. I ordered on-line that evening and they were shipped next day. If it wasn't for DPD messing up they would have been delivered and installed Wednesday - In the end they were installed Friday. I don't normally leave reviews, but the service I received deserves to be acknowledged.

Glass cracked on my Hardy Woodburner so a quick search came up with Arada Stoves. Their price was the lowest although I can’t help wonder why the spares are so expensive. Glass kit and postage was £52, postage was £9.54!!!!! But you’re stuck. Delivery was a couple of days as it should be at that price and the glass kit was a straight replacement. Just can’t help feeling a bit screwed.

I have had a Arada inset stove for a year now and when it is running it creates a good output that burns efficiently which it very pleasing. However as a user I have two observations you want to be aware of…
1) The door only opens through 90 degrees before the door hits the stove frame. I can live with this but the catch that keeps the door closed extends out 3”/75mm from the door and is a hazard when cleaning and stoking the fire. I have skinned my wrist on this catch several times already.
2) While the stove draws well in use when lighting or stoking smoke enters the room rather than going up the chimney. The stove was installed by an experienced HETAS qualified fitter to the manufacturer’s instructions so I am left thinking the airflow design to deliver DEFRA efficiency standards has limited the draw when the door has to be open. The stove is very shallow back to front with a large height top to bottom that makes it more prone to smoke escaping. I suspect if the top-front of the fire box had been extended down an extra 25mm this might have helped the draw up the chimney keep the smoke in.
If you can live with these issues it is a stylish efficient stove.

We purchased an ARADA M log stove and have tried to use it now for two winters. It is so badly designed that we will be changing it before next winter. I have just spent an hour trying to get it burning without success. Smoke pours into the room when the door is opened and despite having kiln dried logs it takes at least one to two hours to get it burning properly. The two handles at the bottom of the stove seem to make no differance and the push pull handle for the door is cheap and nasty. My frustration with this stove get worse and worse. Nice website though!!
