The whole process went without a hitch. That’s excluding when the boat was built the flue was not the correct size for the new part. No problem returning the ordered part.

Would not recommend this stove at all.
Refuelling is a nightmare, smoke belches out even when following the procedure from both the supplier and the installer. My lounge is always smelling of smoke and thick with dust. I would go as far to saying I hate having to use it. We had a Coalbrookdale Darby for 30 years and it was marvellous and this stove was recommended as a replacement as the Coalbrookdale was no longer produced.
The instructions which you have to download are useless, they even draw a picture of the different size log you have to use calling them a daddy log and a baby log !!??.
It cost me £10k to have the whole installation carried out and wished we hadn’t bothered. We certainly don’t have a problem with the installer, it’s the product which we regret purchasing.

Absolutely terrible company. Had my stove 1 month and the handle seized, apparently the handle is not covered in the guarantee. So an essential part of a working stove? Rang them spoke to a rude, sarcastic guy called Mike who was totally unprofessional. I've noticed others have mentioned the handle seizing too so it's a known problem

Disapointed that the bottom door hinge needed replacement after two and a half years.
Easy to find and purchase a new one, just a lot of money for something that I think should have lasted longer.
The pin fell out, and I don't believe that it was even welded, just pressed in.

Please with the total outcome from start to delivery sorry I will not require them from now on at 88 I am having to sell my lovely wood burner and change to gas for convenience sake only
