Honestly really good! Communication via email was prompt and courteous. Product was delivered within a week of ordering and everything was easy. I would use again and would recommend.

Not the best shopping experience, but resolved eventually

Seems to be a small company which needs to improve. Hopefully they will do.

They were not able to deliver the product I ordered in time, so I asked for a refund, which they promised to do, however apparently they had issues with their payment provider, so I had to claim the money back through my credit card company.

The company have sent what I believe to be a sincere apology to me and compensated me for the poor service I received.

Also do not use the phone number to contact them, as I tried 7 times to use this and they did not call me back, this is my biggest criticism and needs to be drastically improved, however they will reply via email, which I managed to resolve my issues with in the end.

If I am able to speak to someone on the phone at this company I would consider using them again.

Your refund was processed on 13th October and is showing as successful in our payment records. However, this is now the second instance where a customer has advised that the funds have not yet appeared back in their account.

Great service

Really helpful company to deal with and great communication, appliances are a very reasonable price and delivery was when estimated. After reading some of the negative reviews I really panicked however service was brilliant.

Issue resolved

DO NOT buy from this company, they steal your money and don't deliver the goods. They took over £700 from me and no refund or item. Stay well clear they are scammers. I would like to update my review since posting. I would give Araco interiors a 4 star rating now as my issue has been resolved. I give this because of the length of time it took, otherwise it would be 5. Araco customer service were very helpful on my last contact, seemingly since I paid by bank transfer my refund had been missed. They gave me an extra 10% as a good will gesture so alls well that ends well.

Willing to improve

Araco admitted their failings in communicating the delays to our delivery and have thanked us for the opportunity to make right the transaction. I hope they're able to learn and grow from this.

Positive Experience

My experience was a positive one and I would use again.
Found a great price on an oven I was looking for. Even better with their discount code.
Ordered on 16/8, delivered on 3/9 (time scales were on the website and didn't mind waiting).
Emails were answered within 24hrs, polite and kept me in the loop of what was going to happen.

Buyer beware!

Thought I'd bought a Bosch oven from these chancers. It never arrived. Communication was impossible via phone and email, received one brief and non committal email despite being persistent. Fortunately paid with my credit card so they are organising my refund.

*4/9/25 Have now received my refund. I was then asked to remove my review on TrustPilot. Absolutely not. The whole process was shambolic, stressful and costly as I had to rearrange tradesmen. Only got the refund once I outed them.

4/9/25 The situation was not resolved “as soon as they became aware of it”. I had a reply to my email which advised they were resolving and nothing progressed at all and no phone messages were returned.

Do not us.

Do not, I repeat do not use this Company. I ordered an AEG hob from them and it never arrived, I have asked for refund and nearly 2 months later I'm still out of pocket and nobody comes back to you. Their business address in just a shell office with an answering service that passes your information to them. The MD has previous companies that have wound up and I have reported their trading activities to the Police, Companies House and the National Fraud Intelligence Bureau. They also claimed to be members of the British Institute of Interior Design using their logo on Emails and their website. I contacted the BIID and they confirmed that they are not members.

Recommended

Araco Interiors had the best price for a specific hob I had in mind. There were a couple of hiccups along the way with payment and invoicing, but everything was dealt with and put right promptly.
