When my boiler broke down over the Christmas break I contacted John at Aquila plumbing and explained the situation of having no central heating and no hot water. I was very pleased with his response as a week later engineers were assigned to install a new combi boiler
The engineers were considerate respectful and professional and had my heating back up and running within one and a half days

Having used Aquila before I faith in the quality of their service. They did not let us down. They did a great job.
Although they weren’t able to come out until the 6th Jan, that was their first day of work after the their holiday closure, they ordered the parts during closure making sure they could complete the repair as quickly as possible. Would definitely recommend them for heating and plumbing services.

Really well organised company, everything was perfect and on time, engineer did a great job, very pleased with the service.

Overall pleased with choice of boiler. Early days but seems to be working effectively for heating and hot water. Requested as return visit to complete remedial work in boiler area inside and out- plaster work and brickwork which needed filling but happy with end result. Excellent customer service. Would recommend.
