The installer was pleasant, efficient and made changes to the system that made it quieter than its predecessor. He also made the cupboard where it was installed neater by repairing damage done to it when the previous softener had failed and flooded. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would!

Very good service. Contacted them via whatsapp to verify that they could supply a new transformer for our water softener. Replied quickly with the correct part and ordering details. Part dispatched quickly, arrived in 2 days and is far superior quality than original one. Good customer service.

We had problems with an old softener so Stephen took time to talk through the new model and answer all our questions. Stephen turned up on time and carefully installed the new unit leaving everything neat and tidy. An all-round excellent experience. Aquastream responded to my initial email enquiry almost immediately, and came out for a site visit shortly afterwards, where Stephen was really helpful in providing information and answering all my questions. I have been a customer of this business for many years. Stephen is always helpful and tidy when working. My recent experience was when he replaced my old water softener. It was a very awkward job, due to the position of pipework and concealing panelling in a very tight space. He replaced and improved most of the pipework and corrected faulty plumbing that had been in place for years. I would recommend this firm to any one.

I had to replace my Eco Water Filters and discovered Aquastream after some Googling. Since the filter model numbers have changed I had to be sure to order the correct ones. An email was sent to the Aquastream address and it being over the Festive season I was not expecting a response till the New Year. To my surprise I did not only get a response but also very good advise. I placed my order and had the correct filters delivered to my doorstep a few days later.

Having lived in a hard water area all my life and experienced the luxury of others' soft water, I couldn't wait to have a softener of my own. Aquastream ticked all the boxes, in particular, Steve was the only prospective installer to make a thorough inspection of my existing water system before quoting. When it arrived, his quote was minutely detailed and arrived in my inbox on the day he said it would. Steve and Lee carried out the work quickly, efficiently and cleanly, and put everything back in its place before they left. They were courteous and friendly throughout the day. Steve then took the time to explain in detail the workings of the softener and the refill procedure. I am now wallowing in super soft water and can wholeheartedly recommend Aquastream.

This company, though located in the UK, is the only source for Kinetico water softner parts as the US retailers refuse to sell to consumers. Shipping was very fast to the US and they use a trusted payment provider, PayPal. Working on your Kinetico is easy as long as you take your time and you can avoid the expensive service calls.

It's so hard to find a good quality product, it's even hard find someone who would install it properly, in a way that gives you confidence that it will work as expected. I've got water softener installed by Aquastream and it is amazing. The pipework is so neat and clean. The devices works like a charm.

I've got all my questions answered and everything was explained. I know what to expect and how to use this device (it is very new to me, so it is really handy to get all the insights).

The result looks like they would do it in their own house, and you've got to just love it. Amazing. Can't recommend them more!

I probably won’t need to use Aquastream again for a while, as the install has been completed to a high standard and the Kinetico water softener seems good quality, but I would not hesitate to recommend Aquastream to friends and family.

I received a call from Aquastream Water Softeners soon after making an enquiry on the Kinetico website. Stephen was very helpful and explained the process thoroughly before arranging a site visit, after which I was able to get an installation appointment quickly.
