Ordered 2 basins one turned out to be…
Ordered 2 basins one turned out to be damaged.
Seller arranged for DPD to pick it up however they have not picked on 2 separate occasions and have not even communicated on the third. I expect the seller, as the DPD account holder, to be pushing DPD harder on resolving this. The damaged product has been sitting in my porch for over a week.

I am sorry for the frustration this may have caused. I would like to start by saying that it does look like we have refunded the value of this item to you immediately so I believe its now just a matter of collecting the damaged item to bring it back.
I can see that you have left this in the porch but the DPD driver will need someone to sign for this when it's collected. If no one is available when they call they won't just take the item but will mark the collection as failed.
I believe we have re arranged for DPD to come again and they will notify you of the time of arrival, if this is not convenient you can change the date / time to something more suitable with the link.

Bought the Aquarius brushed brass shower and matching taps for basin and taps/shower for bath. So pleased with everything. Everything arrived quickly and well packaged and when I had a query the answer was quick and helpful. Would recommend buying direct from this firm!

Excellent price point of the item I was looking for. It’s a shame the customer service was not very good when I had questions about delivery. Unfortunately the stickers on the shower unit are not straight leading to a less-premium look in my opinion. Probably wouldn’t rush to use the company again unless the product was much cheaper than elsewhere.
