Said they completed the service even though they couldn't get in

They've been pretty good, but it seems like there is always a different technician, and we frequently have to call them back for re-treatment. No one was home during the most recent visit, and the tech said he completed the service even though he couldn't access the back yard. I could see on my cameras that he was there for 6 minutes. They no longer have email or website access, so I had to call. That left me wondering if this is a real company.

Fernando was very knowledgable and helpful!

Excellent Service

We had lots of carpenter ants coming in my ADU last week. We believe it's because of extremely hot temperature. I went online to make a reservice appointment. It's so simple to get a time slot that fit my schedule. The Technician, Austen, is so professional and knowledgeable. He identified those ants are carpenter ants instead of termites. He investigated about my ADU to find possible root cause of them. Later he did a wonderful job to apply the chemicals and provide the photos of what he had been done. Number 1 service team, Aptive.

Attention to detail

As always, Austen did an amazing job at addressing all of our pest control issues. After completing the work, he went over all of the requested points of concern and made sure that everything was addressed. We are very satisfied with the customer service with the technicians with this particular branch of Aptive.

I never received a notice when someone…

I never received a notice when someone was arriving at my home prior to the date they were here.
I only wanted service for twice a year not every 2-3 months.
The service person who went ahead and did service without authorization only left a note with of what was done and no photos. I was unable to see any work accomplished.
The customer service could only give a $50 refund and no notice when I could use it.
It is not the customer service nor technician’s fault. I think the way you schedule service is poor. I’m think I may end service with your company.

Ants

I had a serious problem with ants. At one point, they literally took over the house. After the first visit from active, the ants were gone and never returned. The first treatment was inside and outside and all subsequent treatments are outside only. I have met two of their technicians. Both were very presentable and polite.

Ineffective treatments with polite people

This company strong-arms you into signing up for their service. The people are super nice, but the treatments are not effective. During my first three months, I had three outbreaks in a row, all of which I needed to deal with. Also, they expect their people to work on National Holidays. On Presidents' Day, they came out and sprayed my yard in the pouring rain, with rain continuing for the next several days.
