My only problem with Aptive is that they never come while I’m home. It would be great if you could choose the day and time they came so they could do the inside of my home.

I’ve had a great experience with Adaptive Pest Control. Every associate who came out to treat my property was consistently friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. They always took the time to explain what they were doing, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and let me know what to expect in the days following each treatment.
They’re also incredibly prompt and professional—always giving a heads-up with a text or phone call before arriving, and even ringing the doorbell both before and after completing the service. It’s clear they take pride in their work and value clear communication. Highly recommend!

They have a habit of cancellibg or changing your appt times with out notifying you. Also their fireant treatments are not very effective.

Controls the ants well. The mosquito traps are not effective at all. I would like to see you expand your menu of pests that you kill, such as large roaches and carpenter ants. Im going to have to call another company for that and I don’t want to be using two companies. I need one to do it all.

My experience wasn't what you would call great. Either the product doesn't really work or the people they have hired don't know how or really where to apply the product. Probably a lot of both. I will be happy when my contract runs out in July.

Scheduling is a major pain, they tell you when they're coming and burden the customer with rescheduling if it's not a good time, instead of asking when the customer is available to be home. And sometimes they say they're coming and despite you waiting all day for them, they don't show at all and don't apologize or explain. No respect for customer's time. If they do show up, service is good.

Prompt service and always ring the doorbell and say hello when the service person arrives. Also, I like having the follow up pictures and service description detailing what has been done after the treatment has been completed.

Aptive lied about pricing, bait and switch, lied about the services performed, lied about when you’d come back out because it was going to rain, then delayed enough that they came out late and on the schedule they wanted vs the schedule I was sold. Your reps had no idea what service I paid for. Kept trying to come in my house. So obviously I was oversold and paying more than needed.

When James came to do my yard he asked if there was anything specific that I would like done. I asked if it was in my file for snake away, he told me that it was in there and did I want the inside sprayed or just the outside. He explained what he was using and to keep any pets inside for 30 min.

While I maintained the device for 2 years, it became ridiculous having to reschedule every appointment they schedule for me. My service level was supposed to schedule appointment every 30-60 days from March to October. I constantly had to reschedule to move my service further out because they kept making appointments for shorter intervals between services. This last time it had only been 3 weeks and they were trying to come and service my yard again. I couldn’t reschedule online because there were no appointments available in the next 2 weeks and there is no option to cancel online. I had to wait online for more than 20 minutes to talk to an actual person. I only had them treat the outside of our home. The 1 time I had them treat inside my dogs got sick (vomiting and diarrhea). All in all, just became too much of a hassle to change appointments so I wasn’t over paying to have my yard treated.
