Aptive service was terrible this time…

Aptive service was terrible this time and on top of that your technician that calls himself Goose just treated my front yard only and got on his truck and left. I have him on camera. I will be canceling my subscription asap. This is my second review, I don’t know if Aptive are reading them are just don’t care and that is sad.

The techs that perform the service at your residence have always been great. However the staff that schedules service not so great. They will rearrange your schedule date and time and not even a phone call. Their customer service is below average

Get's the job done.

My home is surrounded by trees. Unfortunately, this has lead to many bugs surrounding the residence, including spiders, ants and roaches. There has been a significant decline in the number of pest entering the home since I started regularly treating with Aptive.

Active took over Ridd pest control

Active took over Ridd pest control. The transition was a little bumpy as far as communication but the service has remained great. When issues arrive between services they are quick to accommodate. No bugs. Courteous technicians.
