Excellent service from start to finish. Darren arrived on time and quickly found the problem with washing machine. It was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend this company.

I rang regarding an issue with my American fridge freezer. Darren asked lots of questions and talked me through a few scenarios, being honest that it was 50/50 whether it was repairable. I went ahead with the booking and so glad I did. He arrived exactly when he said he would and, on a hunch, had already ordered a part which he thought might be the cause of the problem - and it was. He worked quickly, cleanly and efficiently and had it repaired in no time. I would definitely call Darren again for any appliance repairs and thought his call-out fee was very reasonable compared to some others I had called for prices. Five stars.

The fault with my oven was diagnosed quickly and fixed for a fair price.
It is very clear that this company cares about providing quality service to customers with a friendly and professional approach.

Darren advised me over the phone what the likely problem was with my dishwasher and that the parts may no longer be available. I did call him out to confirm for definite that was the case, even though he gave me every incentive to save on an inspection charge. His diagnosis over the phone was correct and new machine needed. Very honest and helpful.

Never have I had a trade person be so desperate not to charge me money. From trying to diagnose the problem for free over the phone, to coming back 4 times (and only charging once!) to try and save me parts cost. I cannot recommend appliance repairs north east more. Thank you!

Engineer arrived on time, identified and fixed the problem with our oven straightaway.

A friendly efficient service. Our cooker broke down teatime on the Wednesday before Christmas week.
A quick call 10 minutes before they were due to close and appt was made for an engineer to call on the Friday.
9.00am on Friday we received a call they were coming in 20 mins . 10. 05 engineer left with repair complete. Good polite efficient service!
