Sam Jankovic has been instumental in making the APositive experience easy and enjoyable to navigate. When dealing with many clients it is easy to forget a step in process or deadlines but Sam has gone out of her way to FYI or remind me when I have forgotten things. The level of service from Sam is next to none. Polly Cau from the Payroll team has been brilliant in processing and working with me to do adhoc payruns, timely processing of payroll and any other adhoc requests I have for her. Both Sam and Polly are professional, fun and easy to work with!
