I've got only positive things to say... This has been a great experience on all levels. From the first instance with Brendan and his patience and understanding brining us on. To the day to day support from Sophie, Harry and Carissa. And the more in depth assistance in the finer details by Natasha and Vlad.

The process and the product is everything that someone looking to fund payrolling will need. Specialists in the area, so they get where you are coming from and what you need.

Just not had a negative thing I could say in the first 12 months of business (Its all APositive :))

We have been working with A Positive for less than a year and the entire experience from the application process through to implementation has been fantastic. Sam, Darren and the team are always available for assistance if required. The processes are simple and we are not tied up in red tape. The portal makes reporting and managing the facility easy. When we have needed flexibility it has been provided quickly with no fuss.

Most importantly Sam's assistance on a daily basis has been amazing. She is always able to solve any queries, happily and professionally. The service is second to none and it is a pleasure to be doing business with her.
