Have dealt with APL on a couple of occasions and have had no problems with them at all. Support with design work, timely delivery etc. They also get in contact with information about late availability and discounts etc.

Whilst we haven't officially purchased any advertising space, I found John Clarke to be very personal on the phone. As a Marketing Manager, I receive hundreds of sales calls, particularly for publications and advertisements but I felt warmed to John.
