My wife and I love Apex! We have been members for just over a year now and love it! Elliott is the GOAT 🐐 we love the variety of rides and the tracks are always great! App is easy to use and leaderboard is always competitive!

The product/service itself was a bit limited where you can only really use the bike when in a class so that you can see your metrics, what difficulty etc... Becuase of this and not working for me i canceeled my subscription in december. I have just seen that they have still been taking payments. The cancellation process is not straight forward. You have to contact vie email rather than cancelling through the app. Even after contacting and filling out the 'cancellation' form i have just seen that they have take payment for the last 4. months. They also didn't reply to my last email in December. I would stay away from as better products available with much better customer service.

Just the worst customer service, all conducted via email. No means of contacting them by any other way. I have owned a bike and class subscription since Dec 24, and I am still not able to use it because of a variety of hardware faults. I have had the first bike replaced and two engineers out to attempt to fix problems with the second bike (waiting weeks for one to become available) and still it is borderline unusable. A shame because the classes are good but the customer service for a product of this value is just awful. It's beyond frustrating not being able to properly use the product after 3+ months of ownership and without the aftercare it makes me want to scream
I have been waiting for nearly 3 months for my bike to be fixed. I paid upfront £110 for an engineer and parts. I did not receive parts and the engineer came (after a 5-6week wait) then could not fix the bike despite him saying it’s likely a small problem. His report was not received by the head office. So I am still waiting for more information. I am a paying customer for the apex rides app, I have paid upfront for a repair (£110!) and feel very disappointed in the lack of service. I have genuinely started to feel like I am being scammed.

The bike itself is good but the customer service has been awful and price of the bike (I paid the original price) is too much. Considering getting rid of it and you can’t get money for the bike on resale.

I had an apex bike for over a year but cancelled my monthly subscription in sept 2024 and had acknowledgment from Apex. They have continued to take payment each month since and have not acknowledged my emails etc . Don’t get a bike , their communication is dreadful.

Best purchase/investment I have ever made….I’m so happy with Apexrides app and the bike.
I brought this bike almost 3yrs ago after lots of researching just after lockdown and my husband said ‘why are you getting that you won’t use it’….thank god I ignored him!
With the endless selection of great classes by many amazing and motivating instructors (Duncan/Emma/Elliott and Jack my favorites) I am never lost for something to do.
The classes come in varying lengths from 15-60mins, have different styles of workout (metric/move etc.) and difficulty levels to suit all abilities. I never have to worry about something to fit my mood or availability each day and somedays I just chose a class based on the music due to the artist themed classes which are cool too….
Needless to say, in my view you won’t be disappointed in purchasing this bike/app, even my initially negative/reluctant husband would now have to agree - the app allows you to have multiple log-ins for people in the same household, he used my bike on his log-in so much we brought him his own bike as I was fed up moving the seat up and down 🤣, sometimes now we even do the odd class together to really get the motivation going 🚴🏻♀️….
On a side note - the customer service was top notch too, my peddle broke after the warranty had run out, Apexrides were so efficient with sending me a replacement pedal and although I needed to pay (completely understandable) it was with me in no time and easy to fix/change myself……

Bike is great and classes are fabulous however I purchased after enquiring if the android app worked, 5 months in and I've requested to cancel membership as the android app is not fulling functioning and does not warrant full price membership.
Disappointed as it does not appear this will be resolved anytime soon. There should be an option for a reduced membership until this is operational.
Had the bike for about 8 months and it has had an issue that needs an engineer to come and fix it twice already; am worried for the end of the 1 year guarantee period as they don’t seem well made. Contacting customer service to get the repairs sorted is not a good experience either- still waiting for a repair date for 2nd issue.
Just what the doctor (and physio) ordered. Such an easy product to use and I never knew exercise could be so fun and engaging. Has done wonders for both my dodgy knees and belly. Can’t speak highly enough
I have had my apex bike since Dec 2020 and no problems till Boxing Day. It was fixed by 24 January and for free (which I think was due to the nature of the damage). I was lost without my bike for a month as the classes are amazing and whilst the cost for a monthly subscription is £29 when you consider that against individual spin classes is reasonable value.
Not a great experience from the start. The setting up of the monthly subscription was unnecessarily complicated which resulted in numerous emails and now trying to cancel the subscription has resulted in an email trying to offer alternatives and then a form to request the cancellation with the quickest they can do is 30 days! So, we have again been charged a further months fee for something we don’t use because the bike does not and has not worked properly from day one. They have no phone numbers to contact them on and on many occasions it would have been so much easier to speak to someone to resolve issues. As the saying goes you get what you pay for and I genuinely wish I had paid for one of the bigger named brands.
I do Spin at home to improve my ski holiday fitness & can jump on my Apex bike whenever I have spare time. I can choose a ride to fit the time available so no excuse!
The choice of types of ride, or even music genre, means you never get bored.

Bike is really comfortable and works well. Love the range of sessions you have access to with Apex app. Would love to see more live sessions in future if possible.

I've been using my Apex bike regularly since purchasing in 2021- there are loads of classes with different instructors who are all amazing. Really enjoy the variety and different levels of the classes and the customer service is also great at resolving issue quickly.
The ordering and delivery was smooth. Connecting up the bike took a while but the customer service was excellent. We have 4 accounts set up for our family and it is a bit cumbersome logging in each time and connecting to the bike (because we are using the same ipad). It would be great if there was a netflix type login screen for different accounts - maybe this could be added one day?! We have enjoyed using the bike and it is great for rainy, cold days when you don't feel like going out. The classes are good. They push me much more than if I did a ride on my own.
I don't agree with most of the instructors talking so much, some never draw breath- just let is ride and get into the zone!
I've written a number of times ask if a 30 minute and a 45 minute class could be added with music from the 70's etc as we're not all in our 20's and 30's!
