I placed an order over the Christmas/New year period and it was cancelled with no reason whatsoever. I sent an email querying it and got no response

Great quality and precision, arrived quickly and extremely well packaged.

I needed a storage solution for a narrow closet but nothing I looked at would fit.
I then came across this company and they offered shelving that would match the rest of the shelves in the closet and fit the measurements I needed. I liked their friendly personal service and the shelving is lovely. There was one slat that was loose but that is easily fixed.
The size is perfect and cannot wait to get them up but work on my roof has meant I have not had time yet. So glad I found this company.

Easy to order, arrived promptly, and well packaged with no defects or damage. Installation was really straightforward, and the quality of the product is great. This is the second time we've ordered custom measured slatted shelves for cupboards and they're robust and well made. The first ones have been in situ for almost 2 years and are just as solid as ever, even on flimsy stud walls like ours!

This was such a relief to found this I just moved into a new home and as a busy mum of two who likes to be organised this saved so much time and looked so tidy a organiser airing cupboard straight away was all put together and in within 1 hour

We asked for a certain measured shelves and that’s what we got, very impressive. As well as the shelves we got fixing wood and screws. All delivered in a well packed parcel delivered very quickly. Thank you for your good service.

After receiving my order with a minor issue a replacement arrived within a few days after contacting via e mail.

I was told what I wanted was in stock but when I ordered I waited 5 days with no reply so I messaged them and they said it was not in stock but I'll wait. They were unresponsive to web chat after the beginning so I had to use email.

A few days later, I was told my order was cancelled and I would be refunded which I was. What a waste of time. Expected good things looking at the high ratings but very disappointed in the end.
