Good selection of goods , not pressured by the seller would recommend

We were unsure about what we wanted and with a tricky layout we knew that finding the right sofa might not be easy. The team at Home Living Outlet were incredibly helpful. They talked us through our different options and allowed us to modify a design to suit our needs. Our sofa, armchair and foot rest were made to order to fit our space. Delivery was simple and they even helped us out moving our old sofas.

Great service choosing sofa which when delivered was very very comfy, so we ordered another one!! Easy to deal with and good service all round!!

We sort of knew what we was going in for, and they where always ready to help with anything if we was unsure on size, colours, mix and matching headboards and beds, sofas. And delivery.

Great experience from start to finish. Was not sure on which sofa to pick - had some good advice when I called which lead to the correct sofa being picked. Delivery was witin the time scale quoted - delivery guys were also great. highly recommend.

Sofa arrived, the lads were quick at unloading and unpacking. Could not fault this.
They forgot to unload the tv unit we had ordered too, (but we also forgot this) until they came back shortly after leaving with the unit. It was only then that we was told it was damaged (draw slider was broken) and thats why the price was reduced.
Wouldn’t have been a major problem, but we was never told this when initially buying said unit. We got told they were having a reshuffle of stock. So thought the sale price was to get rid for new stock.

Extremely disappointed with the product quality and totally disgusted with the customer service received.

I purchased a sofa from this company, but I discovered that one of the built-in USB ports does not work at all. I reached out to resolve the issue , but the post-purchase support has been non-existent.
I have sent emails, submitted messages through their website contact form, sent texts, and provided photos of the issue as requested. I also spoke with customer service on the phone twice, but after submitting the photos, they completely stopped responding. My subsequent calls have all been ignored and sent straight to voicemail.
Unresponsive customer service , dismissive staff / management and lack of support once a sale is made. I would strongly advise buying elsewhere!!

UPDATE: Over a month has gone past Its now SEPTEMBER 16th and I AM STILL WAITING for them to fulfill their promises of fixing the USB
