Au bout de 7 mois la Trottinette ne…

Au bout de 7 mois la Trottinette ne s'allume plus. J'ai contacté le service client qui m'a sans diagnostic proposé d'acheter une nouvelle batterie chez eux avec in liens paypal. En fait c'est une copie de xaomi avec une batterie à 2 balles. Le sav ne me répond plus.

DONT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY

My scooter needed a new battery to start with and they took ages to send me a new battery out it was trying to get blood out of a rock. Then I finally received it was working for a few months then it broke on me again! Was back and forth with them again finally got sent off to get repaired and they tried to send it back didn't tell me when it was getting sent back until that day but unfortunately I was at work and my partner was at work so I booked a redelivery never turned up 😡 so rang the company what said they was redeliverying it they said they send it back to aovopro and of course they said they didn't receive it and alot of back and forth again and they said they'll send me a refurbished one and they haven't and this is been going on since January 2024! And now they've stopped replying! DONT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY

Shocking service

Shocking service. The scooter is faulty, throwing up error codes. Proof sent to the company and they agreed to accept it as a return and repair the scooter. Great, right? Wrong. They provided me with a prepay label and advised me to attend my nearest parcelforce to return it. After spending £40 in taxis to get to the place as it was completely out of the way in an industrial estate, they have advised they cant accept the return because of what it is. I am extremely frustrated and exhausted dealing with this company. I want a refund for the faulty item!

TOOK ME A YEAR TO WRITE THIS REVIEW!

Like many others I made a purchase for a scooter from Aovo Pro, I received this on 15th February 2023, on 1st March 2023 and since then to date I've been in contact with Aovo Pro, I've had next to no communication back and when I have its been extremely unprofessional and blunt, they have absolutely no interest adhering to their two year warranty and honoring this to their customers. I've had E3 error codes, the scooter starting on its own and damaging my home, parts falling off, lots of faults, some of which has seriously hurt my son and now the scooter is totally unusable and broken. This has been sitting in my hallway for the past year waiting for Aovo Pro to rectify this, I'm still waiting a year on. Please do your research and look online at the reviews, they are all exactly the same stating this company is awful, their scooters fail and break within a few weeks of purchase, when you spend nearly £250 you don't expect this. This was a gift for my sons birthday that he is now without. Wish I had purchased elsewhere, do not buy from this company, you aren't covered by their two year warranty they claim to have and they have absolutely no interest in putting anything right. I even tried going through Klarna and their buyer protection but unfortunately they wasn't interested to support my situation either as Aovo Pro lied and said they offered a solution of a partial refund or a repair which they never followed through with, I have proof of this as kept my whole chain of emails over the last year!

Je déconseille AOVO ! le SAV est inexistant malgré de nombreuses relances. La batterie de la trottinette ne se charge plus au bout d'à peine 1 an...

Customer services lie

My scooter broken within 6month of using it, which the warranty still stand send them pictures of the fault they said they will give me a refurbished scooter and then they walk me around for 4 months straight until I finally ask on December what happen to the refurbished scooter they replied they have sent it on August which they haven’t because I got cctv on my property, this company seem to be incompetent and very bad at business. They probably a front for money laundering. Some check them out please. Do not buy from here thanks.

They take your money and the aftercare is shocking! No customer care or support and left out of pocket, even though they state 2 year warranty! SHOCKING!

Avoid

Ordered a scooter on 21st October for my son, arrived 27th October. On 31st October error codes came up and it was unrideable. Emailed Aovopro, at first they wanted to send me a new motor for me to fix myself, then offered to repair it. As it was 4 days old they eventually sent me a return label. It was received back to their 3rd party dealer who confirmed it was broken on 4th Nov.
The customer service is shocking and they just kept fobbing me off saying a new one would be sent in a few days and to just wait a little bit longer that's of coursenif they even reply to your emails. I finally asked for a refund and to be honest it was in my bank the next day which I was very surprised about. Will never buy from them again and my advise would be to avoid at all costs.

Dangerous

The scooter worked without any problems for the first about 2 weeks, then the E3 error appeared, it was fixed. Maybe a week after I noticed another error. I saw on the screen F2 then disappeared. Next day again, it appears when I switch on the scooter and disappeared after few seconds. Today, I was taking a ride and suddenly the parking symbol (P) appeared and the scooter stopped by itself at a speed of 20 km/h !!!
Of course, I fell over and it caused an accident, scratches, etc!!! This scooter is dangerous and unroadworthy!!! Error after error appears, this is the second scooter what I ordered from them with errors, once again I received an item that did not match the description.

I bought an Kukrin G2pro

I bought an Kukrin G2pro , for my girl friend so she was able to follow me on my electric bike. I learned how to ride it properly and followed all the safety information. I had such a laugh on it showing her how to go it safely, it’s turned me into a spoiled child that dose not want to give her it now lol.going to have to bye myself one now. Never had any problems with ordering from Aovo store and just by looking at it you can see how much thought and design was put into there scooter. I’ve still not seen a better built one yet on the street. Keep up the good work Aovo store 👍.Andrew Craven,Edinburgh

Ordered and paid for m5 Pro on the 4th…

Ordered and paid for m5 Pro on the 4th October, got a email receipt with order number and tracking number from DHL , watched it shipped to UK via Germany then apparently onto parclforce to deliver to my home address, dated the 12th nothing turned up contacted help etc got told for some reason scooter gone back to German warehouse but being told they cannot find it , so obviously I said well nothing to do with me not had it delivered but you've got my £389 I paid for it just send me what i paid for or refund me , today is the 30th oct and not heard a peep from aovo ,and i guess i never will ,thankfully paid on credit card so activating section 75 refund clause as i reckon aovo won't pay me back or send me scooter, after reading all these bad reviews on here lesson's learned for me and i will never deal with these parasites again enough said

just to update on this bank got my refund sorted today 2/11/23 as i stated if possible always use a credit card to purchase online,

I have had no aftercare customer satisfaction also I requested contact details for complaints team and this was not sent, I still have not received my product so I have alerted PayPal and they are sorting my refund, thanks for nothing AovoPro last time I deal with you.

Have had my son’s scooter for just…

Have had my son’s scooter for just under a year. Had the battery and main board go wrong had to have it sent away to be repaired. Back wheel bearing have gone had to get new ones. Now the motor is very noisy and has play in it. I have been in contact with Olivia from Aovo since July and getting excuses all the time saying it’s been lost they have no stock left. Now they don’t even respond to my emails will never recommend these scooter to anyone.

TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY! AVOID

A scooter for my son at Christmas cost me £250.00 I ordered it two months before, it never arrived. They sent a second scooter it arrived weeks after Christmas. It broke within the warranty period, poor welding I would say. I contacted them, they offered to send out a refurbished scooter which I have still not received. AVOID AT ALL COSTS DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

Rear mudguard bracket broke free after…

Rear mudguard bracket broke free after 1 month of use,I suspect poor spot welds. After 2 months,the top speed dropped from 21mph to 18 in sport mode despite light use and charging. The clip that holds the handlebars in place whilst folded fell off during use. Great fun, but the build quality is poor,obvious that the screws etc are not upto standard. You can't expect metal screws to not loosen ,when fixed to plastic components ,without using a bonding agent.

AVOID AT ALL COST!!

AVOID AT ALL COST!!! Brought this scooter in June ready for my son’s birthday in July. The scooter was running fine then suddenly wouldn’t charge only 2 months old, got in contact with customer service (FIGO) he said a replacement battery would be sent out within a few days nothing sent out. I messaged again for a follow up his reply was please give a few more days, how long does it take to send a replacement battery from the same company the scooter came from. Now a week has passed my emails are being completely ignored no response what so ever so stuck with a faulty scooter and £250 worst off, seems to be a common fault with these scooters. Now the scooter looks good with a 2 year warranty you would aspect better but unfortunately not it’s not worth the hassle or money. Buy elsewhere to avoid being disappointed and very unprofessional customer service.

This isn't the official aovo despite their claims. Emails come from a Gmail.com account.

AVOID UNLESS YOU WANT A VERY LONG AND COSTLY OVERALL DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE. AVOID ALL AOvo outlets. Seems they're all liars.
