Worst customer service ever
I had previously bought a scooter on this site and had no problems so went back and purchased an electric bike as Christmas present for my son.
The bike will not charge so is useless, cannot get any resolution off them, customer service is appalling, they just ask stupid questions, one person even said I didn’t pay for it!
I am now stuck with a bike that cannot be used, please do not use this company, apart from losing £600 the stress is unreal, next step is to get a solicitor involved

Éviter absolument ses trotinettes électrique de marque Chinoise AOVOPRO, acheté le 03 avril 2022.
J'en ai fait le frais et à deux doigts de perdre la vie quand la fourche à cassé net à 20 km en pleine ville avec des voitures derrière.. je vous laisse imaginer la suite... Le tube à l'intérieur au niveau de mécanisme de pliage qui à cassé d'un coup.
Pourtant je suis très prudent, et j'ai un poids largement inférieur à la limite que peu supporter la trotinette. La trotinette c'est plié en deux.Plus jamais une marque CHINOISE ! Pour de la mobilité. Acheter Européen avec les normes CE.

7 jours que je leurs ai envoyé un mail avec photos à l'appui + relance mail. Toujours aucune réponse..
Un recours en justice est en réflexion.... Si d'ailleurs des personnes à qui c'est arrivé, c'est le moment.

Ordered from their website, and as most things you order online from a website you epect to get an email straight away confirming your order with your details and ext. Been over 6hrs and not email to confirm all I have is my order number which was given when I payed. Worst of worst money has been taken from my bank card but I have not received any emails from them confirming my order. Emailed them about and still no reply from them. Really terrible and they claim their support service is good their online chat system is full of rubbish and just asks you the same thing again again. Will be taking things a lot further if I do not receive my product which I ordered.

AVOID PURCHASING ELECTRIC SCOOTER FROM THIS COMPANY. FIRST TRIP OUT AND FENDER SNAPPED, TOOK ENDLESS EMAILS OF BEING ASKED SILLY QUESTIONS BEFORE THEY SENT OUT A REPLACEMENT, TOTAL 6 WEEKS. A FEW MORE USES OF SCOOTER AND WOULDN'T WORK, WAS SHOWING FULLY CHARGED BUT WOULDNT WORK SO FOR ABOUT ONE MONTH THE ENDLESS EMAILS STARTED AND OAVO REPLYING WITH SILLY QUESTIONS AGAIN UNTIL I FINALLY GOT GIVEN A REPAIR CENTRE TO SEND IT TO, NOT TRUSTING THEM I TOOK IT TO THE REPAIR CENTRE NEAR GATWICK AIRPORT AND HANDED IT TO THE GUY WHO SAID IT MAY TAKE 6 TO 8 WEEKS WORSE CASE, THAT WAS APRIL. ENDLESS EMAILS AGAIN WITH EXCUSES OF COVID AND PROMISING IT WILL BE SENT TO ME SOON AND STILL NOTHING, IVE ASKED FOR THERE COMPLAINTS WHICH THEY IGNORE AND THE LAST EMAIL I ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK THEY REPLIED ON 22ND SEPTEMBER SAYING THEY WILL SEND THE SCOOTER NEXT WEEK, 2 MONTHS LATER AND NO WORD FROM THEM AND STILL NO SCOOTER OR REFUND. IM A SINGLE PARENT AND MY SON ENDED UP WITH NO CHRISTMAS PRESENT AS IT WAS CLEARLY FAULTY. IF I DONT RECEIVE A REFUND IM GOING TO HAVE TO TAKE THIS TO THE OMBUDSMAN

They sent a cheap scooter with an invoice of 120€ not even the charger comes with.
Then no replies to any emails.
Waiting 5 weeks no item and wont refund and not replying to emails anymore
Ordered (26th 0f September) still not received and now waited over 5 weeks, they keep stringing me on saying wait a few more Days! They promised me a refund last Friday if it didnt turn up and they are now not replying to my emails. I have opened a Paypal claim. The DHL tracking is in a continues loop, every 7 days says its still in Germany.
4-7 days initial delivery time a joke but most annoying thing is they wont refund me! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Update11th of November still no scooter and no communication, still awaiting PayPal claim!

Parcel was clearly lost and refused to refund me!
Ordered a scooter on 7th Sep with estimated delivery time of 4-7 days, after 7 days passed and tracking not updated with DHL, I messaged them as the last scan update was 9th sep, they said they will contact DHL to get an update first which I agreed to wait, this time I waited until 26th sep and they said DHL confirmed it isn’t lost and they told me to refuse delivery once it gets delivered and they will refund me as by this time I wanted a refund!! The tracking status on DHL had still not been updated so I opened a case with PayPal, thank god I did as I have now received my refund and the tracking of the scooter is still in the same status as the 9th sep!!!! God knows when they would have refunded me if I didn’t open a case with PayPal!!

Well, AOVO Pro, I did wait for the delivery and also sent another mail yet still no direct reply. This time I have asked paypal to intervene for a refund. You should also check your email page for the kick stand item as it states 3-5 days free delivery...it's now been 17 days!
