We are very pleased with our New Kitchen from Andrew Osbourne. We received some quotes from the known high-street brands but they wern't really what we wanted. Some were pushy and others didnt want to make changes or refinements to the design. Matt at AOK was the complete opposite of tha , non pushy , providing lots of advice and making changes until the design suited us. We changed our minds several times, but nothing was too much trouble for Matt. We never felt any pressure to buy or to make a decision.

Pete R (Fitter) and Steve (Electrician) were fantastic.

Rare to find a company these days that genuinely does seem to care about giving service to their customers. Matt was great in giving us advice but then leaving us to ponder and give our input. No pushy salesmanship here which suits us very well. It took me a long time to get everything straight in my mind, making sure that I had made the best choices for our budget and space (which although not tiny was an awkward space to make work to best advantage), because a new kitchen is a big investment, but after changing my mind on a few issues Matt just quietly came up with new renders and quotes and in the meantime allowed me to take various bits home to see in situ. A special mention to Pete and Steve, fitter and electrician. Both have an impeccable work ethic, great standards, and cleaned up after themselves - what a joy! Absolutely would recommend AO Kitchens.

We have just had a new kitchen designed and fitted by Andrew Osborne.
Although only a small project, with a limited budget, Matt was still able to achieve the ‘wow factor’ we were looking for!
From start to finish, he gave us expert help, suggestions and advice, but always included our own requests and requirements.
Special mentions must go to Pete…. who fitted the kitchen with such craftsmanship…. and the two Polish fitters who completed the project with the quartz worktop. We have never known such meticulous perfection.
This is a company that clearly works as a team, who support each other to ensure each part of the kitchen project runs smoothly, punctually and professionally.
We cannot recommend highly enough…. and are thrilled with our new kitchen.

You couldn’t make the kitchen bigger….. but you have certainly made it better !!

Firstly I need to say how pleased my husband and I are with are new kitchen. It certainly has the wow factor, and is of a very good quality. From the start Matt helped us come up with the best way to get the most out of the space. When it came to the fit we were given a date when we would be on holiday, so we met with Rob and he made us feel confident that we could go away and not be worried about 1. Leaving him with the keys and 2. If they came up with any problems. They did have a couple of things which were minor, so put the expected finish date back a little, but was easily sorted. The kitchen did take about 3 weeks from start to completion, but everything was made to measure, including the quartz worktops and glass splashback. Josh came back and did the final snagging. Highly recommend.

A company that cares and assists without question. Harry was a pleasure to deal with and very helpful, I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

We started our journey on getting a new kitchen in June 22. We received quotes from the known high-street brands but none of them were what we truly wanted and we were restricted on their sizes of cupboards, draws etc.
Matt was recommended to us by a friend. He was amazing, quickly understood what we wanted to achieve and we had no restrictions on sizes. Matt recommended how we could get the best use and storage from our very small kitchen. His ideas worked. We changed our minds several times on certain things, but nothing was too much trouble for Matt. We never felt any pressure to buy or to make a decision.
Our work started in January 2023 and was completed within 4 weeks (as promised by Matt). Pete (Kitchen Fitter) and Steve (Electrician) were fantastic. They worked so well together and Pete helped to co-ordinate all works.
We had a major hiccup on day 2 (our structural engineer gave us the wrong advice), but Matt and team helped us out and ensured the build stayed on track.
We absolutely love the end result. I would say it is so much better than we had anticipated.
I would 100% recommend Matt and his team - you will not be disappointed!!

Choosing a kitchen can be daunting. It is a big investment, and it feels like there are hundreds of choices or decisions to be made. So I had given my new kitchen a lot of thought and had very clear ideas on some aspects and no idea at all on others! When AOK were recommended to me by a friend, and I finally made contact with Matt, it was great that he could incorporate my must haves (even the seemingly trivial ones) and offer suggestions that helped to fill in all the gaps, drawing on his experience to get the best design. Although Matt was extremely busy setting up his new showroom, he made time to listen to my preferences and promptly produced a excellent design that was very competitive. Matt was always super responsive to any questions, provided great customer service and effective communication throughout.
The superb kitchen fitter was Pete - but he is so much more than that. Pete also constructed the new utility room (from the adjoining garage) and carried out all the necessary plumbing and pipe works. In fact Pete was absolutely brilliant, a genuinely nice guy, who was friendly, helpful, conscientious and excellent at what he does. He was the person I saw the most and he liaised well with the other specialists needed to complete the job. He and Matt work so well together and the result was a well-coordinated end to end approach - just what I wanted.
The electrician Steve (although he is much more than that too) was highly professional and did a great job with the somewhat 'untidy' electrics I had inherited.
It did take the time scheduled (and then Pete came back (just before Christmas!) to finish off some additional bits as a result of particular choices I made) – so I was without a kitchen for approx. 6 weeks, but it was so worth it.
I am delighted with the first-class result and now have a kitchen that feels bigger, brighter, more contemporary and better quality than any kitchen I have ever had.
I cannot recommend Matt and the team highly enough - they were simply fabulous - as is the result!

Our new kitchen, supplied and fitted through AOK Kitchens, is now complete and we, my wife and I that is, are delighted. We had visited a number of kitchen companies over a number of weeks and finally decided to go with AOK.
Reasons for choosing AOK? Well, firstly, Matt listened to what my wife wanted in her kitchen and, whilst making suggestions, never tried to impose ‘his’ design. The result was a kitchen which met my wife’s requirements and wishes in every respect. Matt is a very knowledgeable person and was able to answer each and every question clearly and concisely. Secondly, the quality of the kitchen units is of a very high standard (I was very impressed with the substantial back boards, so often just flimsy ply).
An added bonus was Peter Richardson, the kitchen fitter, who was extremely meticulous, conscientious, competent and a very nice guy to boot.
I must also mention the worktop fitters. We have had a quartz worktop fitted with the worktop being supplied through Matt by a company in Botley. The three fitters are a credit to that company and were the most courteous and considerate fitters I have come across.oh and they were very good as well. Of course their job was made easier by the meticulous laser measurements taken prior to the worktops being cut.

Exceptional quality & professional friendly service from beginning to end. Highly recommend buying your kitchen from this family run business who made this stressful process go to plan with minimum fuss.

I am so glad that I consulted AOK Kitchens. I was not completely replacing my kitchen, just some elements, but I can honestly say that it was 5 star treatment from start to finish. I needed lots of advice and I immediately had trust on meeting with Matt, that it would be impartial and to suit what was needed in my case. A couple of things I dithered about but Matt was so helpful and definitely pointed me in the right direction. So happy with the result, my kitchen looks terrific now, and I would recommend anyone consult AOK, you won’t regret it!
I should add, all the trades who worked on my kitchen were excellent, skilled, fastidious, I had every confidence it would be a job well done.

Having consulted with a number of larger brands in the area I was skeptical on using an independent. Naively assuming both cost and service would be easily outweighed by AOK's competition. My concerns were quickly changed when my family and I met Matt to discuss our needs and wants.

Matt's straight talking approach and innovative design resulted in a kitchen and dining area we spend considerable time in. Ours 'wants' were easily included and the process resulted in new/fresh ideas which which complimented the space we had available. Commercially we were surprised after receiving a full quote that not only compared to the competition but included, as standard, a large number of luxury items.

Not only was the design/price what we wanted Matt with his team of trusted installers made the whole project easy and pain-free for us. The end result is a bespoke kitchen and dining area which regularly receives great feedback from friends and family. I cannot recommend Matt and AOK Kitchens enough.

Our new kitchen from AOK is amazing. The workmanship of the furniture is excellent, with solidly built carcasses, precision assembly and beautiful finish. Matt eased the process of choosing the kitchen with plenty of good advice and recommendations. His final design was arrived at after lots of consultation. The design was presented as a series of photo realistic images from different angles, making it much easier to envisage what the finished article would look like. The line drawings from other suppliers just didn’t cut it.
A special mention also goes to Pete Richardson, who did the rip-out and reinstallation. Pete is a perfectionist, a craftsman and a really nice guy. Looking back, I don’t think we could have made a better choice! Check out the pictures on the website to see why we’re so happy.

When we moved home there was only one company that we wanted when renewing our kitchen.
We had used AOL before and Matt is very professional and offers a unique personal service. He will go out of his way to ensure you are 100% happy and nothing is too much trouble.
As with other reviews he is an advisor and not a pushy salesman and strives to give you exactly what you want.
The quality of the kitchen is excellent and will outlive us no doubt. The icing on the cake is the superb kitchen fitter, Pete. He is extremely professional and dedicated to ensure that everything is exactly right.

Like most people, we shopped around looking at kitchens for quite a while before deciding to go with AOK. There are a couple of reasons for our choice. The first has to be Matt, who is not your typical salesman who is on commission for each kitchen he sell's ! This makes such a difference. Matt listened to what we wanted and designed the perfect kitchen for us. There was never any pushing of expensive "add ons" which, unfortunately, is what you get with the larger kitchen suppliers. Everything is designed around what you want and not what they want to sell you. The personal service we had from Matt was second to none. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him. His in-depth knowledge of kitchens really is outstanding and It really was a pleasure dealing with him. The second has to be the quality of the units supplied. Solid doors with solid back panels on all of the units. Not a flimsy hardboard back panel in sight !! Our neighbour was so impressed with our new kitchen that they also ordered from AOK......After having our large dream kitchen fitted, we decided to down size our property ! The kitchen in our new house also needed to be replaced. The obvious choice for us was AOK Kitchens again. We are amazed that Matt managed to make our very small kitchen look and feel so much bigger ! Every inch of space was used resulting in yet another fabulous creation. Thanks Matt, we can't praise you enough for the superb service that you gave us.

I am so pleased with my new kitchen which was fitted at the end of 2019. Everything went very smoothly and according to plan. The units are of high quality as well as the appliances. Matt is very approachable and helpful and I have recommended AOK kitchens to several people, some of whom have used them and been very satisfied.

AOK kitchens did an exceptional job for me in June 2020, the kitchen design was perfect, backed with a fitter that was both personable and skilled. My wife and I are delighted with our new kitchen, utility room and boot design and installation. 5 Stars for sure....

We started planning our new kitchen October 2019, and only visited AOK to look at a particular oven I had my eye on, but wanted to ‘touch and see’ if before any purchase was made. Whilst in the unit/shop/warehouse we wandered into the kitchen area and the rest, as they say, is history! Matt’s calm efficient demeanour guided us through our choices and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the finished product. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend AOK Kitchens the WHOLE team have been very professional.
