Really pleased with the aftercare provided by the Site Team, Matt and Shane, with going the extra mile to get everything done!

The cement sealing around the house has been done very poorly, and there are obvious gaps and unfinished areas. Because of these gaps near the roof above the front door, bees are now entering. Then I contact the customer service, they ask me to call out own contractor filling under 2 years warranty.
This is not only unacceptable workmanship, but also a potential safety and hygiene concern for my family.

I expected a much higher standard, especially for a newly built property. The current condition clearly shows a lack of proper finishing and quality control.
I would give 0 star if I can.

Paul was very friendly and helpful! Explained the issues well and worked very quickly, he also ensured everything was back to how it was before.

Tony is a pleasure to come and do the jobs needed, courteous, friendly and nothing is too much trouble.

My experience with Anwyl has been fantastic. The entire team, especially the sales staff and site management, went above and beyond to ensure a smooth transition into my new home. The customer support at the development site was excellent they were understanding and helpful and always polite. They strived to help you feel valued and ensure you had all the relevant information possible. Unfortunately I wasn't able to proceed with the final purchase from the Deva Green site but I cannot praise the Sales team enough and was particularly impressed by Linda's care and compassion at what was as difficult time for family reasons. Lovely houses completed to a high specification.

Burscough Priory Gardens site - Reservation was an easy process to go through (complimentary biscuits and coffee were a great help whilst doing the paperwork!). We were kept up to date with the whole process throughout. Plenty of time to choose options with no pressure. House was built on time which really helped our personal schedule. Big thanks to Stephanie throughout the whole process for us, prompt email replies and regular phone updates when we needed. Having been in 6 months now, we would buy another Anwyl home for sure! Any small issues/defects were promptly revolved. Thank you to the site and office team :)

We are so happy with our new home and especially as it's fit for purpose to cater for my two sons and myself. In particular, my eldest who is disabled. We hope this is our forever home.
