Not organised, and after all, they gave up my case.

My claim was dealt in a swift and timely manner. The case worker was always available to answer any question or queries. They followed up the case making sure that I was satisfied with the outcome. i reached out for help with my damp & mould problem, Antony Hodari took on my case and kept me well informed at all stages of my claim
i was put into a hotel for a few weeks while my problem was sorted out
it ended very well with my property being brought up to date and they even got me compensation for lost food, clothes etc.
if i ever need help in any way, i still have the number and will certainly call straight away
